He was not friendly and approachable like the Sales team. Unfortunately I don't recall his name. The rotors were likely not "replaced" as mentioned constantly by the sales team. They were resurfaced since they do not look new. Overall a good experience. Would not hesitate to recommend Erinwood Ford to others! EDIT: As of yesterday I paid a visit to Erinwood Ford as I was in the area & was reassured that the rotors were replaced by the service department. Ali kindly took his time to show me how even brand new rotors can appear old. A+ customer service. More

For most of us, a new vehicle purchase is not a decision that is made lightly. Ali checked off all the boxes for what in our mind, makes a great salesperson! When making a purchase this large we were looking for someone we could trust. It was apparent from the moment we met Ali that he wanted to meet our needs as the buyers. There was no pressure whatsoever. We wanted to work with someone who had integrity, someone who we could trust to provide us with honest answers to help us make the best decision for our needs. He respectfully asked the right questions to be able to view life from our point of view. There was no pressure to purchase options that were outside of our budget or not valuable for our needs. Ali was very knowledgeable about the Ford products, saving us time and effort and making doing business with him a true pleasure. We believe this transaction was a "partnership buy" as to be comfortable with our purchase we had a need to build a relationship with someone who could answer (our endless) questions prior to making the final decision to buy. Ali was extremely patient. His interest in helping us in every way possible was always apparent. Ali shows pride when talking about his products and when talking about Erinwood Ford as a business and employer. His enthusiasm and passion shows through in every conversation.
