As soon as we met Ali we knew she was in capable hands. From the start he was very understanding and sympathetic to her situation and was not pushy at all unlike other Dealerships. He just wanted her to feel comfortable with driving something safe. He was a true professional and a man of his word. It was so nice to finally see a smile on her face and this was all thanks to Ali. Even after purchasing her vehicle and driving home with it, Ali followed up with me to ask if my mom was good with everything. Now that is personal and professional service! Ali is an asset to Ford! Unbelievably amazing service I came into the dealership on Thursday February 4, 2016 after my car had been written off the previous day in an accident. Not knowing what I was even looking for or how much I wanted to spend, Ali was phenomenal. He didn't push, gave me options and when I did find the car that I wanted to purchase, made everything so simple and easy, I can't help but smile when I think about it. With the help of Chris, and Nick, Ali made my entire experience painless and exciting, and made it easy to forget that the whole reason I was there was because of an accident! I can't recommend these guys, or this dealership enough. Professional, courteous and without comparison from start to finish. 5 Stars really doesn't give enough credit to the team I worked with, or the dealership as a whole. I can't imagine I would have been able to find a more helpful, consistent or welcoming group of people anywhere else. With my 16 year old about to start driving, I have no qualms about coming back to purchase her vehicle in time as well! More

Erinwood Ford - Excellent Experience! On Saturday, January 30th, we found ourselves shopping for a vehicle in the Woodchester Mall Shopping Centre. Ali Sharefeldin greeted us in the parking lot and directed us into the office where he began to build a relationship with us. We stated our vehicle requirements, and were offered an informative and comprehensive selection of vehicle choices. Armed with good information, we left the dealership to discuss our options. Upon our return, we discussed both our requirements and the available options offered, and decided to lease a 2016 Ford Escape SE. The professionalism, expertise and customer service provided by Ali ranks this purchase as an experience with which we were completely satisfied. The exemplary follow-up of the financial details with Carol Buckwald was an endorsement of the quality of staff at Erinwood Ford.
