When my prior service advisor left I was feeling a little lost. Then I found Alex. I will wait as long as I have to for a service appointment so that I can have his guidance. He is always, always cheerful and happy to see me. He has always guided me with service and repair recommendations in a way that makes me feel like I am making the right choices for the longevity of my vehicle and is a true joy to do business with. I called to say I believe I need an alignment- his reply was I will have someone do a text drive when you get here insuring to diagnose the problem I am having. I informed Alex I was going away on Friday -needing the car. He found a loaner last minute for me and took my car in for repairs immediately. He truly is an asset to the Mercedes service team and without saying- I value having a knowledgeable and professional service person to help when I bring my car for repair. He is the ONLY person I will deal with at Mercedes- I wish him much success in is career!! He is a breathe of fresh air when he comes to the car service industry!! More

Super service and knowledgeable My 2018 450 GLS had the engine light go on and after I checked the gas cap and it stayed on into the next day I called and talked with Robb & Alex and My 2018 450 GLS had the engine light go on and after I checked the gas cap and it stayed on into the next day I called and talked with Robb & Alex and they both said they would suggest I come in to have it checked out and they would have a 'loner' car for me. I arrived at the service center with the light still on and when I stopped the car in the service bay...the Engine light went OFF !! So they took the car for both an early 20K service and a diagnostic of the engine light and found that my car had a bad seal in the gas cap. All was done and ready for my pick up early the next day. The team at Annapolis M-B service do a wonderful job of caring for your car. Truly a FIVE STAR SERVICE. Thanks so much. Art Roberts More
