I received a warm greeting from Alex who was my assigned representative. He was efficient, professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the inspection requirements. He checked in with me while it was being serviced to keep me updated throughout the day and followed up once I picked up the car to ensure I was satisfied with the outcome.
