Exceptional level of service! Old saying "I'd walk a mile for a Camel" translates into "I drive a thousand miles (from Florida) for service, OVERSEEN BY ALEX"! Yes, we coordinate our service intervals with return trips to Annapolis, grandchildren living in Annapolis notwithstanding. If there were a way to rate Alex Clothier (Service Advisor), Mike Herron (Sales Manager) and Casey Duffy (Sales) higher than the option limit of Five Stars, we would. This Mercedes Dealership has a level of Customer Service unmatched by any other dealer we have ever interfaced with over 50+ years of buying and servicing automobiles. No one could receive better service from a dealer, even if owning a Rolls Royce, Bentley or Maserati (God forbid)! More
