Terrance is great! I’ve been bringing my car in there since I bought it in December 2017 about once a month for the car wash as well as service. Terrance has greeted me I’ve been bringing my car in there since I bought it in December 2017 about once a month for the car wash as well as service. Terrance has greeted me by name with a smile each time. He’s got such a great spirit about him. AND he hustles, no moss on him! 5 Star Service Review I recently experienced and unexpected warranty issue with the retracting roof of my Mercedes-Benz SLK. I drove my car into Mercedes-Benz of Annapo I recently experienced and unexpected warranty issue with the retracting roof of my Mercedes-Benz SLK. I drove my car into Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis and my Service Representative, Alex Clothier was able to immediately fit me in to the schedule even though I did not have an appointment. He was knowledgeable, courteous, concerned, attentive, and professional. He quickly discovered the source of the problem, replaced the defective part, solved the problem, had my care washed, vacuumed and back on the road in less than 2 hours. I couldn't have been more pleased by the 5 star service experience that Alex Clothier provided me. He epitomizes the outstanding service that I have found to be the hallmark of the outstanding Mercedes Dealerships that I have patronized in my 45 years of Mercedes ownership. More

Attentive and Takes my Issues Seriously I called Alex because I was hearing a sound from the wheel area of my vehicle when I turned. I didn't do a very good job explaining, but Alex took my I called Alex because I was hearing a sound from the wheel area of my vehicle when I turned. I didn't do a very good job explaining, but Alex took my issue serious and offered to conduct a road test with me. During the road test, he heard the noise and offered to have a technician look into the sound, while providing me a courtesy vehicle. The next day Alex called to inform me my axles were damaged and required replacement. The cost was covered in my warranty, which was a bonus. Alex is always attentive to my needs, and is very responsible and knowledgeable. More
