I owned several Volvos and a BMW new. I dropped the brands solely based on the service department. Both Volvo and BMW were a nightmare to deal with and they would always speak to me as if I know nothing about cars . HUGE pet peeve of mine! Annapolis goes over the top to insure the owner and vehicle are well cared for. I am always beyond impressed. And thank your Mercedes Benz of Annapolis!!! More
