Last week I was faced with an emergency situation - a blown tire & on my way to pick up my husband from the hospital following surgery. Alex was efficient and when he knew I lived more than an hour away and would have to go back and forth two extra hours, he gave me a loaner, told me to go get coffee or around town and would have the servic hour away and would have to go back and forth two extra hours, he gave me a loaner, told me to go get coffee or around town and would have the service done ASAP.
