I had a great experience at Sears! Brian was a wonderful salesman, and he helped me find the car that was right for me. Kelly was kind and easy to work with in finance, and each person that I worked with in salesman, and he helped me find the car that was right for me. I was looking at Sears website and was elated when the vehicle popped up. I was contacted immediately by Brian. Within 3 hrs. of going to see the vehicle, I was the proud owner. I had done business with Sears in the 80’s and in the 2000’s. The customer service, from sales, finance, service, parts and office staff, Sears has never wavered. I’ve dealt with many dealers over the past 35 yrs. None compare to Sears. Mr. Sears, you left a legacy of kindness, integrity and honesty. ?? More

Worst customer service and broken parts never purchase or get work done on your vehicle at Sears Imported Autos they treated me with absolute disrespect the whole month it took them to fix m never purchase or get work done on your vehicle at Sears Imported Autos they treated me with absolute disrespect the whole month it took them to fix my Mercedes. They would argue with me, deny my warranty on my vehicle, and lied about what they were/did about situations. In the end I was stuck with a bill when I had a warranty because they neglected to call it in, they also broke my shifter cover and blew a speaker in my car never even told me about it. But when confronted they told me " oh it's common we can't control that". I proceeded to try to come to some terms and the manager told me that this whole scenario is not his problem and he wants nothing to do with it and hung up on me! The most unprofessional company and group I've ever felt with by far. More
