The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because it can take a long time to get a service appointment (2+ weeks). My service advisor was great and went above and beyond to be helpful, and managed to squeez take a long time to get a service appointment (2+ weeks). My service advisor was great and went above and beyond to be helpful, and managed to squeeze me in earlier than my scheduled appointment because my service engine light came on and I didn't want to risk further damaging the vehicle by continuing to drive it until my scheduled appointment. I took my car in because the push button start wasn't working. They replaced my battery and battery cable to the toon of almost $500. As soon as I drove after the repair it wouldn't start again. It was t working. They replaced my battery and battery cable to the toon of almost $500. As soon as I drove after the repair it wouldn't start again. It was the brake switch. So I took it back and they fixed it within a few minutes. Two days without my car and nearly $500 for them to misdiagnose the problem. I was not happy. My last Nissan had the same brake switch push button ignition problem. At this point Nissan should fix this issue in how they make their cars. More

I definitely felt satisfied with the convenience and coverage. The level of customer service is a notch above the rest.
