bad business practices went in for oil change and tire rotation on my 2023 armada. they did not rotate tires which cost me more time. I had to physically watch them to make sure they performed task. while watching i heard the tech say next he’s gona remove the marks that i had to make on tires to ensure tire rotation to avoid having to do work that they are charging customers. very unprofessional. i was very disappointed that you can’t even take your nissan to the nissan dealership to keep up with the maintenance for a vehicle i paid 70000 dollars for very sad i also had my two children with me which is the only reason i bought the car to ensure their safety and to see the techs so non caring towards careers they chose deeply saddens me. not only will i never go back this has been a problem at this dealership for years lots of years. any how i hope they get their stuff together and hope its not a reflection of the management that overlooks operations there. so so sad to see i love nissan and when i see that it breaks my heart. More

Adnan is great its the rest of the service staff that need “service etiquette” training. On several occasions i have visited the service center and stood in front of several service staff whom on multipl need “service etiquette” training. On several occasions i have visited the service center and stood in front of several service staff whom on multiple occasions looked up from their computers and without a word, return to there leaving me to stand for several more minutes or until I initiated communication with them. On my last visit while attempting to schedule a visit for my electronic driver seat malfunction, i was told that my repair was “not a priority and i would have to settle for a date that was several weeks out. His demeanor was very dismissive. Adnan, coupled with the fact that your locale is convenient in close proximity to my home are the ONLY reason i have repeatedly subjecting myself to the poor service. ADNAN is a solid asset and has continued to be exemplary in his demeanor and his attentiveness. More
