My main complaint is that you can't make an appointment for service. There's nothing "Express" about having to wait versus having an appointment. I've complained about this before to no avail. I was a very young, inqu A little under three score years ago (60 years) I watched as my Dad made his first new car deal with Mr. Ed Tynan personally. I was a very young, inquisitive young person and I just Loved to listen to adult conversations. I remember the way Mr Tynan took his time to actually listen to my father’s needs, desires, financial constraints and the protection of his seven person family. About a week After that conversation, my Dad returned to the dealership to find a wonderful two year old , previously owned Ford Fairlane station wagon, my it was a beautiful car. That car went on to provide a valued service for another 10+ years to our growing Colorado Family. The synopsis of this story is that Quality, concern and selection are dialed into the Tynan’s car DNA. I learned that the customers ability to communicate their long term needs and the dealer knowing how to listen , will result in a fair car deal, you and I will Love for many years to come. I purchased my very first new car, fortunately with Edward J Tynans advice and just last week the young people who now represent the Tynan name helped me navigate the purchase “waters” one last time to come up with a perfect vehicle to fit my needs until the very last day(s); a 2015 Nissan Rouge. I was fortunate to meet with Ed Tynans Son Matthew to shake his hand and say thank you from generations in my family to generations in his family, for good, honest, fair car deals. Ed Tynan’s presence is still present very much alive and willing to help you find a solution. More

Good service. My car required an engine change in Oct 2019 with only 35,000 miles on it. The only apparent problem was a "Check Engine" light. The car was running p My car required an engine change in Oct 2019 with only 35,000 miles on it. The only apparent problem was a "Check Engine" light. The car was running perfectly. I was very concerned whether Tynans could be trusted with this extensive task. I knew there would be many ancillary items that could be damaged, or that minor oversights could cause future failure. That happened with the cooling fan falling off only two months later. More
