We were shopping vehicles from 3 dealerships but being previous Morrey Mazda owners we decided to buy a new CX5 with Michael Sit. He found the vehicle and colour and within a 1/2 hour we were finalizing the paperwork. Michael was very accommodating, friendly and professional. Michal in finance was very informative and helpful, as well as Kaya the insurance broker, so overall our experience was excellent.

Brought my Mazda 3 is for oil change. Received a call at 4:40 advising that front brakes were shot. I approve work and received a call back at 5:20 that all was complete. Bill is $718 including $220 in labor. I question the Service Manager and he says, “wow that’s high but, that’s the cost.” These guys are crooked, unethical, rip-off artists.

My daughter brought her 2016 Maszda 3 in for a factory parking brake recall. They charged her for 600.00 of work on the capliper and rotor "not covered by the recal"l (Hmm) Most glaring is a "Car Health Inspection" that she was charged 40.00 for. I checked the oil level when she was visiting 2 weeks later, to find it almost dry. The winsheild fluid was also dry (both these were check off on the form)
The service counter clerk was very supportive but the service manager would not even talk to me and they refused to even refund the 40.00 even though the work was clearly not done and the implications could have been catistrophic. I definitly got the same vib demeaning women as other reviewers. They kept trying to talk to my daughter (she is in law school and doesnt have time for this!)

Just purchased at 2018 Mazda3 GS from Pacific Mazda. I made a handful a trips to the dealership while in the process of purchasing my vehicle, and each time I went in feeling welcomed and as if I was already a part of the family. Salesmen Srdjan T. and Craig H. were extremely professional and friendly every time I saw them. The Sales Manager, Wesley, is very nice and kind. Lisa and Steve in the finance department were very easy to deal with and friendly. Pacific Mazda has a great team with fantastic products.
