Excellent and smooth service. - MARGARET
My son and I went to the dealer to browse the Shelby and Mustangs a week before buying. Ken Chang approached us first. From there chatting with us and before leaving the dealership, he gave my son his business card. On our way home, we discussed the cars we had just seen and about Ken. Even with a short period of time with him, he had gained our trust to deal with him. We called him back the next week and set up the time to buy the Shelby.
He was very polite, efficient and the deal went very smoothly. The rest of the involved staffs were great too.

Salesman was very helpful - K Wagar
Jag helped us find just the right previously owned vehicle, texted me right away when new stock came in that fit our requirements. The rest of the team was very respectful and courteous in completing the purchase.
Always a great exeprience - Cameron67
For years I used to dread going to the auto mall as I knew it would be a long process of listening to sales people push me in one direction or another. I can honestly say I LOOK forward to going to Cam Clark Ford now. I am treated so well and get the information I need to make a good decision. Cars/Trucks are very expensive now but Farzin at Cam Clark Ford just lets me go with what I want and then helps me understand my choice. And now I can't wait to go back when its my wife's turn to trade in her Escape!!

Diddy far exceeded my expectations - bloughney
We knew exactly what car we wanted, and Diddy didn't fool around trying to up-sell or cross sell. He's incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. We drove away with a great car at a good deal.

Mainland ford gave me the worst customer service possible. I go to them for a warranty repair and the service department refuses to even entertain me and send to me sales. Sales just wants me to trade in my 1 year old car that’s fully paid for and get a new car. No one won’t even listen to my warranty issue just trade trade trade. So I finally leave but still they keep calling me every few weeks asking if I want to trade. I am fed up with them. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
Poor Customer Service / Followup / Salesmanship - dmc7256
I dealt with two sales people at Brown Bros Ford and both were not interested in helping me purchase a vehicle. I called, left messages and nobody got back to me. I drove down in person and was disappointed with the professionalism of the staff. I was interested in a $30,000.00 used Escape and had the cash to buy it, but they offered me an insulting $8,000.00 for my 2014 trade-in. They didn't even bother to try and improve the deal, so I left. I found an identical vehicle in Chilliwack with the same asking price, and they gave me $13,600.00 trade for my car, so I bought it. I saved over $5,000.00 by buying it in Chilliwack. This was 4 weeks ago and the other truck is still for sale. Don't waste your time on this dealership, especially if you have a trade-in!
Would not recommend this dealership !! - disappointed
Decided to purchase a used 8 year old extremely overpriced Ford Ranger from Metro Ford even though the Auto Trader stated that the truck is overpriced by $4,939.00 The truck is in decent condition but found an issue with the shifter being quite loose along with numerous scratch marks which is to be expected on a truck of this age even though the ad stated that the truck is in "absolutely immaculate condition". Decided to purchase the truck anyway as it is close to what I previously owned with the condition that the shifter being serviced. As the truck was purchased on Sunday I was asked to return Monday morning to have the work performed entailing for me to make a 65Km round trip. When I arrived at their service department a technician came to look at it and stated that several bushing would have to be replaced entailing 1 hour of shop time. Paul the sales manager was then called where I was told that I would be fully charged for the parts and labour even though a premium price was paid for the vehicle. Also, when you purchase a vehicle there is a full tank of gas provided not leaving with a nearly empty tank that I had to immediately get filled.
Treated like a junk yard dog. - MowgliiVanCity
Went in to buy a brand new Superduty and when I asked for them to open the truck we were told they "dont unlock the vehicles for just anybody." I guess even though Ive bought a brand new mustang from them a few years ago AND was interesed in a $95,000 truck im still not worthy of wanting to sit in the truck im interested in buying. They lost a sale and a lifelong customer. These people are a joke
Worst dealership in BC - mike
My cars AC has been broken for over a year now and has still not been fixed. I've brought my car to the dealership over 5 times and they would just put dye in the coolant to see if there were any leaks, but they never found any. They made excuses saying that there AC repair machine was broken for over a year. Car is still not fixed and wont be going to this dealership ever again. Service advisers also do not care about you.
