This dealership was top notch! Mr. Olson went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the car I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a Chevrolet Malibu the process is quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would recommend this dealership and Peter Olson in particular as he is the best Salesman I've ever met.

Inderneel's (sales consultant) client service was great. Inder was patient and helpful and he put in so much time and effort including to answer (and if he didn't know to find out and answer) all our questions and concerns. We also were pleased with Jason (sales manager) who was very pleasant and also worked very hard to deal with outstanding issues (including the changeover to upgraded wheels, getting a cargo mat, missing key fob, etc.) in a timely manner. We never felt any sales pressure from either of them. We just love our new (fully loaded) 2018 Ford Escape Titanium

Where to begin with this dealership. In 2015 I bought a slightly used ford focus from this place. The whole experience dealing with the sales manager Brandon was pretty sour. He lied to us about a few things. In the end we liked the car. It was hard to find a manual ford focus in se trim. So we bought despite many red flag. When we came to pick up the car for delivery it was dirty and didn't even have a full tank of gas. Okay fine, somebody forgot to prep the car for delivery. It can happen. The worse part was he did even have the second key. He then proceeded to tell he was going to mail it to me. Three weeks go by and I have no key arrives. I drive back there, which is about 50 km's from my house and ask for the key. The salesman does not even remember me. I wait for about 1 and half for someone to finally show up with key, which had supposedly been mailed three weeks prior. I vowed never to go back there.
Recently I have been looking for a new truck. On the ford website I found the specific one I was looking for, unfortunately it was at the worst possible dealership Mainland Ford. I reluctantly gave them a call to make sure they had it. The salesperson said yes, so i went there again. Thought after two years maybe I could forgive them for the worst car buying experience I have had. ( I buy a lot of cars) and give them a chance to make it up. I show up there, the salesperson has the truck parked in the front ready. I look at for a while and decide I like it. I wasn't going to test drive it cause it was new and I had driven a few of them in my hunt to find the right one. I was getting a little excited cause my search was hopefully coming to an end. I agreed I like it and let the salesman go inside to go it to start working out numbers. I decided to go and have moment with it to take in everything. I start the engine and discover there are 8900 km's on the truck. I run inside angry and ask why are there km's on a new truck. After getting me to drive there(50 km's) he then proceeds to tell me it's the managers demo. I wonder how long it would have taken him to tell me if I hadn't discovered it on my own. I will never go back there again. Just a joke of a dealership. Gives ford a bad name

Went in to buy a brand new Superduty and when I asked for them to open the truck we were told they "dont unlock the vehicles for just anybody." I guess even though Ive bought a brand new mustang from them a few years ago AND was interesed in a $95,000 truck im still not worthy of wanting to sit in the truck im interested in buying. They lost a sale and a lifelong customer. These people are a joke

We moved from coquitlam to whiterock, but continued to take our vehicle into metro ford because the people were great, it was fast, and they always did the extra wow factor, cleaned the vehicle inside and out. Not sure what has happened but the last 2 times I have been there, the staff are still very nice, but 5 hours for an oil change and 5.5 hours for a warranty repair and none of the wow factors from before, not even a spray on the outside. Unfortunately if the service is going to be long and no wow factor I might as well go to somewhere closer... sad face :(

I booked my scheduled service appointment for my C-Max 3 weeks ago at Hallmark Ford and was told it would take between and hour and 1 1/2 hours to complete. When I showed up for the appointment on Sept. 6, Floyd told me their technicians take their lunch breaks at 11 am. So I asked why they scheduled me for a time that no one is working...all I was told was that it would now take an extra hour to an hour and a half for it to be ready. They asked if that was all right...I said no but I didn't have any choice. (I had planned my daily activities around this appt, but that obviously didn't matter to them!) I finally received a call that my car was ready and I arrived to pick it up an hour later than scheduled. I then asked if they customarily washed their customers vehicles before making them ready. They said yes, so I asked why mine wasn't washed. Floyd told me he could arrange for that...once again, why am I having to ask for something that was supposed to be done in the first place. (I asked another employee if they could arrange for the cleaning and she had it done right away.) There was no consideration for me as a customer and no respect for my time. There were no apologies and no concern for my schedule and no offer of compensation for the inconvenience this presented while having to reschedule the rewt of my day. I will definitely be looking for another Ford dealership to take care of the servicing of my vehicle. None of this lack of customer respect was noted when I put out a lot of money to purchase my car, so I would hope the managers alter their "customer service" policies to accommodate their consumers.
