Nicole was fantastic! - Mal
We had a fantastic experience at Cam Clark Ford in Richmond! Nicole helped me trade my 1997 Accord for a 2015 Kia Sportage. Nicole was transparent, straight up, knowledgeable and kind. She made us feel confident and excited throughout the process. We are beyond happy with our experience!

Easy going, not pushy and personable - Kyle29
Allan was great! He knew that my wife and I were interested in purchasing a Pre owned vehicle and was instrumental in helping us find what we were looking for. He listened to our needs, instead of telling us what we wanted to hear. He was personable and friendly. We never felt pressured into purchasing something that didn’t fit our needs. I would highly recommend Allen to anyone who is looking for a great experience during a car search. His knowledge is second to none and his attitude is great!
Diddy far exceeded my expectations - bloughney
We knew exactly what car we wanted, and Diddy didn't fool around trying to up-sell or cross sell. He's incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. We drove away with a great car at a good deal.

The worst service I have ever had (or ever hope to have) - Jehoulihay
I took my 2008 Ford Ranger 4x4 in for servicing January 9, 2017. I had the same service advisor for all of these issues. The primary complaint was that it was difficult to get the truck into gear especially when the weather was cold. Mainland Ford took 11 days to replace the clutch, machine the flywheel, and install a new master cylinder. This cost me just under $3000. Two months later (March), the same problem occurred. I took it back and they re-bled the master cylinder. In June, when traveling to Kelowna, it happened again. I took it to Orchard Park Ford and they re-bled the master cylinder. This was covered by Mainland Ford. In July, I was in Kelowna again, the same thing happened, and Orchard Ford bled it again, but this time I was charged an additional $176.46. Mainland Ford offered me in store credit for that amount. When I drove home (July), the problem was already re-occurring so I took it back to Mainland Ford. They replaced the clutch master cylinder. In November 2017, the problem occurred again - the exact same problem I took it in for the first time 10 months previous. At that point, I had absolutely no faith that Mainland Ford was willing to fix the problem so I took my vehicle to Ocean Park Ford. They replaced all parts on warranty. It has been 7 months and the problem has not occurred since. Mainland Ford cost me considerable money, time, and the inconvenience of not having my vehicle in working condition for considerable stretches of time. I would never recommend this service department to anyone. I would however recommend Ocean Park Ford - excellent service!
Treated like a junk yard dog. - MowgliiVanCity
Went in to buy a brand new Superduty and when I asked for them to open the truck we were told they "dont unlock the vehicles for just anybody." I guess even though Ive bought a brand new mustang from them a few years ago AND was interesed in a $95,000 truck im still not worthy of wanting to sit in the truck im interested in buying. They lost a sale and a lifelong customer. These people are a joke
What happened???? - Corriehehr
We moved from coquitlam to whiterock, but continued to take our vehicle into metro ford because the people were great, it was fast, and they always did the extra wow factor, cleaned the vehicle inside and out. Not sure what has happened but the last 2 times I have been there, the staff are still very nice, but 5 hours for an oil change and 5.5 hours for a warranty repair and none of the wow factors from before, not even a spray on the outside. Unfortunately if the service is going to be long and no wow factor I might as well go to somewhere closer... sad face :(
