Mike was very knowledgeable and respectable. He understood the fact that I was in a rush to purchase but still helped me take my time and make the right decision for me. He was a great listener and absorbed all the information I told him about what I needed in a vehicle. He then put that informatoin into finding the perfect match. Mike is rare talent in sales industry and performed his job like a true professional.

We had an excellent experience with Pi. He helped us get into a brand new vehicle in a very short timespan. Thank you so much!

Took my 2017 Fusion Sport in for a knocking. Under warranty I got a new engine, great! BUT my battery came back dead and unable to take a charge, they claimed that would not have been from anything they did, even though there were no previous issues. ALSO I just found a wrench in my grill that bent my radiator and took me 25 minutes to get out.
What started out as great service went downhill very fast.
Worst Car Buying In 48 Years - Mur
I bought my 1st car 48 years ago. 100+ cars/pick-ups/SUVs/sports cars. Every sale a "breeze." No hiccups. I've bought 11 new cars/trucks in the past 13 years.
This time at Waterloo Ford/Edmonton? This experience made up for all those 48 perfect years. I was pressured with "You have to sign the deal within 5 hours or the financing is expired." Uh, uh. 1st off delivery was delayed 1 week due to a wheel needed replacing. 2nd upon expected delivery there were "swirls" over all the paint and a 2+ ft. white, deep, scratch on the driver's door deep into the black paint. Car went to another Dealership's body shop for another 6 days. Tried 2nd delivery 1 Tried 2nd delivery 1 week later but car still not in delivery condition. SYNC functions not working properly. No salesperson showed me key features and operations thereof. 5:00 pm. and basically "here's your car. Bye."
Contacted Lincoln Customer Service and opened a case. They checked my VIN and advised a small software update was required for my car. In service the next morning. After 1 1/2 hours SYNC still not working properly and Shop Foreman advised he'll contact Ford head office and see what's up. I took the car away for lunch and guess what? 30C hot day and the a/c was not working! Tried the panoramic roof and upon closing it rumbled, shook and made a terrible noise.
Called the Shop Foreman and arranged to go directly back to Service. What an experience! During that period this "Sean" guy, (Service Fleet Manager??), inserted himself into the equation even though it has absolutely nothing to do with him. I was officially still in the "sales cycle" and services were being overseen by the General Sales Manager, (who I've bought 10 new vehicles from and 100% hassle free at his previous Dealerships). This "Sean" character was extremely nasty, rude, yelling, intimidating, threatening to "kill my deal" and even physically assaulted me." He said Waterloo would not service my vehicle and to take it anywhere else. He made other threats too.
Waterloo had me sign the purchase agreement 3 times on 3 different dates re: "an error." First 2 times the mileage of my new car shows 1,008 kms. 3rd time? "Poof!" Mileage written down was 10,450 kms.
Oh, the same "bait'n'switch" on the financing. I had to sign it 3 times re: each resigned purchase agreement required a new financing agreement signed. Guess what? First 2 times my loan period was 72 months. 3rd time? 61 months magically appeared. I have an open case with Lincoln Customer Service. They have "come to the plate" and are GREAT!! "Yes" I have engaged a seasoned, experience solicitor.
It gets better. After only driving 450 kms. the "Change Oil Soon" warning comes on?? Seriously? I suspect that this car was on it's original, factory oil and basic, routine service had not been performed, (I had learned that my "new" car had previously been a "loaner"). The General Sales Manager "stood up" and covered the cost of my oil change....at another Dealership.

One of their sales people were snobby and talked back. We simply asked if they could reduce the price and he snapped back with a response saying "Why are you looking at these cars if your budget is ___?" Prior to this, there were no other engagements and right off the bat the attitude was garbage. The salesperson talked to us as if we couldnt afford the vehicle, and essentially implied that we were poor. 2 stars because the receptionist was kind, helpful and cute.
Wow! Just Wow... - SusanneB
Originally when I bought my 2012 Escape, it was brand new off the lot. I bought it from a different dealership which left and incredibly bad taste in my mouth (and a phone call to AMVIC...). After that transaction I vowed never to step foot in a Ford Dealership again.
The staff at Koch Ford have completely changed my mind and were so incredibly amazing, I had to write a review. I have never, NEVER had such amazing customer service in my life.
Blair Martin is the service manager. He took the time to talk to me on the phone, he recommended repairs that my car needed. He listened to my concerns, he walked me through step by step of the process. He went over and above, he organized a rental car for me, he called me, checked up on me and had my car ready for pick up earlier than expected. He then followed up to see how it was driving! Blair honestly cared about my service and the quality I was receiving. He is simply amazing!
Kenrose is the person I worked with for the details of my service when I picked it up. Never have I had someone in a dealership sit down and explain everything they did to my car and explain why it was done. She went over and above and even managed to save me a little bit of money... A DEALERSHIP SAVED ME MONEY! (I know... unheard of). There was ZERO nickle and diming. Kenrose was amazing!
Federico is simply awesome. His accent and personality crack you up and he knows his stuff!! With the repairs I needed, I was debating buying a new car instead. Federico answered ALL (8 thousand) of my questions, took the time I needed and helped me choose the right option for me. I didn't buy a new car... yet. And when I do, it will be from him, and you should too! The reason why I feel this is important in the review is because of the negative experience I had when I originally bought my escape. The sales person there was condescending and put SO much pressure on me (which is how I ended up with a brand new car I didn't intend on buying...). Not ONCE did I ever feel pressure from Federico. Not once did he push me into something I wasn't sure about. He spent time with me, taught me about their cars and went way over and above for me. I honestly couldn't say enough good things about him.
100% if you need a vehicle or need repairs, this is absolutely the best dealership in Edmonton with the best staff. Hands down, I will continue to rave about how amazing they are to anyone that will listen.
December is supposed to be the time of giving and... - Eis_swoosh
December is supposed to be the time of giving and kindness but not in Heartland Ford in Fort Saskatchewan Alberta, Wednesday, Dec 11, 2019 I went to their Dealership with good intention to buy a 2020 explorer ST and we have a deal. They asked me to put a deposit of $1,500 to hold that vehicle, they promised me they will pick up the vehicle from Airdrie on Thursday, Dec 12 and detailed and ready to go Friday, Dec 13, Im from Bonnyville so i told them the latest i will pick up the vehicle will be Friday, Dec 20. No email or text or call from them Thursday or Friday so i processed the insurance on my end with the vin that they gave me. Monday night they are telling me to change the vin number that they gave me, they sold the vehicle where i put my deposit and they want me to buy another Explorer they said they brought in that i didn’t agree thats coming in Wednesday, Dec 18 with 565 kilometres on it. I said no but they keep on pushing and now they are threatening me and giving me 3 options,
Option 1- Take the vehicle you purchased that we brought in for you at your request. Paul mentioned to you that we would extend your warranty by the 565 km that are on the vehicle, so it's the equivalent of getting an Explorer with 0 mileage. PLUS you were offered mudflaps at no charge as a gesture of goodwill
Option 2- Transfer your deposit on a vehicle that is scheduled to be built the week of January 8, 2020. I am NOT able to secure the finance rates, rebates, and incentives from Ford credit for you until the Explorer has been shipped from the plant by Ford. The programs offered from Ford may get better by then, or they could get worse. We have no knowledge what Ford will put on before they actually announce the programs publicly.
Option 3: I will give you until 6:00 pm Friday December 20th to make a final decision as to whether or not you want to take the Explorer we brought in for you, or take the one we have scheduled to build, as per Ford, the first week of January. After which, your deposit will be forfeited in full on your behalf.
Dec 20, 2019 I went to heartland ford personally and beg to Griff Jarvis, director of sales and he told me because im cancelling the deal he said theres no point we are having that conversion and he’s not giving my $1,500 back. Im hoping someone can read this and help me get my money back for the service or product that i didn’t received.

I was so impressed with Joe and James and Deb at Denny Andrews Ford. They were over and above helpful. When I came to pick up my new truck they had my plate and registration etc. done for me. They were incredibly professional, personable and all about making sure the customer is happy. I'm thrilled with them and with my brand new Ranger Lariate. Two words FORD PASS. It's free with the vehicle. You can start your truck from it and so much more. I love it.
