Me and my wife were walking around the showroom waiting for our 16000km oil change and checkup, when Andrei approached us and asked what we were looking for or if we needed help. We said we were just looking at a Murano we had originally wanted one but gotten a rogue instead because of financing and money of coarse. So we decided to look into a trade in agreement and after alot of checking, tons of small details and negotiations he managed to get us into a Murano trading in our car and he got the same upgrades I had in my Rogue plus more in the Murano. Went in for an oil change one day and pulled away with a brand new car the next day. Wasn't even thinking this was possible then a miracle named Andrei walked up and made it all possible. Thanks Andrei for getting me into my car i really wanted from the start. Rogue SV into a Murano SV Tech. Thanks to the financial managers as well who gave me the upgrades I had bought for my rogue and the nice delivery guy as well who went through everything in fine details just how I like it. I was taken care of by Troy like a friend he took his time got it all right and I ended up with a better car than I came for. The showroom is awesome lots of cars to sit in and look at. The waiting area is also very clean and there are multiple drinks available. The bathrooms we're even nice and clean. All together the experience I had was wonderful and I would and will suggest this place to anybody I know who needs a new or used car. I just came back from a roadtrip and wasn't looking my best ( just a bit scrubby) but still was treated with respect by the whole staff. Thank you varsity Chrysler and Troy for a great experience.😁 Also thanks to the shuttle service.

The only negative thing I have to say about this dealership and the sales experience is that they will push the typical overpriced protection products on you and make you sit through a whole lecture on it. Par for the course, but I wish this business practice was left behind. Now.. onto all the great things I experienced here.
Matt DaSilva was my sales associate. He used zero pressure, zero shady tactics, just a solid guy and some good conversation to boot. To top things off, after I had agreed to a sales price and he took off to confirm with management, he returned to offer me an additional discount for paying cash--something that he forgot to communicate earlier but could have easily swept under the rug. I think this speaks volumes about this dealership in terms of their sales approach and honesty. For this reason I believe I'll always feel welcome here and would absolutely buy from them again.
Other positives--the pickup experience was great although the office in the back where they hand you your keys could use some updating. Still, the staff was unbelievably friendly, informative, and fun to chat with.
This is a great dealership, I definitely would recommend it.

While investigating what Lincoln MKC vehicles were available in and around Calgary, one was located at Airdrie Chrysler Dodge. I test drove and viewed 4 others prior to my visit in Airdrie. I was greeted by Jim Prizeman after speaking with him on the phone regarding my vehicle of choice. Jim had the Lincoln prepared for a test drive when I arrived at the dealership. After a quick test drive we had a discussion in Jim’s office and began the purchase process involving my trade in. Jim was very courteous and professional during our discussions and was able to answer all of my questions. After weighing all of my other options I chose the vehicle at Airdrie Chrysler Dodge not only because of the pricing offered but the service I received in trying to make my decision. I would recommend Jim Prizeman and this dealership to any potential buyer. Thanks for a great buying experience.
The worst experience of my life - yes I got screwed 123
I'm still having nightmares after dealing with these guys. BE AWARE, don't sign anything or give them your money until you get absolutely everything you need otherwise there is no going back and you can say goodbye to what you were promised! Totally unprofessional, classless high pressure sales with zero service. Not only that they were not flexible on their pricing, they also were unfair on my trade-in. In addition very ignorant about the existing body damage and even more so when more issues surfaced within the first week of delivery. I was practically called a lier and shown the door. The salesman was decent but had no say whatsoever, it was all dictated by the manager who is a real high pressure sneak. Also the financing leaves a lot to wish for. Documents and signatures were missed. After rushing me in to get it finalized the vehicle wasn't even ready for delivery. I had to wait an hour before being able to drive off. After all was said and done they were even too cheap to put a full tank of gas in. I was warned but I really wanted the car so they had me by the xxxxx and afterwords offered not even a single word of apology for all the screw ups and emotional stress they caused. A very bad establishment, be sharp and aware if you absolutely must deal with them.

Unprofessional, no customer care and rock bottom standards! had an appointment with their internet sales manager, at 4 pm on Sept 13, 2019. I wanted to test drive a Tucson and buy a car. I arrived there at their location at 4:05 and asked the reception to inform the sales manager that I have arrived. I waited for 30 minutes with my family and no one came, again I went to the reception and asked for the person, the reception girl came back and said sales manager is busy and we should wait for another 30 minutes or come back another day.
Finally the sales manager showed up after 40 minutes referred us to a second sales associate. Between that second person and a third sales person (a lady) there was a confusion who should help us. Any ways this story is longer than this and I am more than happy to provide more details.
We decided to leave, and we will never go back again.
By the way I found something very funny in their location, they give $10 off their services if you like them on Facebook!!!!!!

For the last few visits at Village Honda, my Service Advisor has been Aidan McIntaggart. I am truly impressed at his handling of my car issues at those instances. I have never before had a service advisor that is so technically knowledgeable. To add to that, the listening skills, customer service attitude, personable demeanor, pleasant and courteous mannerism, attention to detail, follow-up and closing – it is difficult to find the blend of all those qualities in the correct balance that Aidan possesses indeed. He made sure that I was fully satisfied before I left their service shop each time. He takes the time to explain about the different details of the service performed on my car and why they were necessary rather than just straight-facedly quoting/reading those out of the work-ticket. And at the closing, I do not feel ‘pressurized’ into making further commitments for a future service event; just a sincere reminder for only the crucial service events is what I am given – just the way I prefer it to be. Hope he is going to be my dedicated service advisor for the next little while… also, wishing him all the best.

I was sitting in my car for about an hour with the radio on and talking on the phone. The battery died and it was soon time for me to pick up my son. I was close to Honda so they quickly came to me and boosted my car. This is so appreciated! Thank you.

Recently bought a 2007 Toyota Rav4 from here. The salesman Matt was very professional, and did not pressure us at all, unlike the other dealerships we had visited. Phone calls were returned promptly and all questions were answered. A small area of damage on the rear bumper was fixed up as best as possible free of charge before the vehicle was given to us. However, there was some false advertising going on I later realized. The ad posted online claimed that my vehicle had automatic lights and heated mirrors, but I discovered that both of these were missing upon returning home. I'm quite disappointed about this, I would have given 5 stars otherwise. I would recommend Carsco to others, BUT make sure you check that everything on the ad is actually true!!
