I was looking for a newer VW! Mine was 13 years young. I knew it was going to be another VW! We found the one we wanted online, decided to go for a tes drive. We walked into the dealership showed Ceasr the car we wanted to test drive. He immediately got the car for us, warmed it up and even washed it for us so we ould see there was no body damage on it...this was a very cold January night. We were do imressed with his service we decided to buy the car, and have loved it ever sine....we would recomend this dealership in a heartbeat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sunridge Nissan was an amazing experience. They knew exactly what I wanted, I purchased a 2018 Nissan Rogue. They received the vehicle a day before, and my sales person Kevin (good friend of mine) was the one who sold me the car.
The only issue was I needed to have my car ASAP as I was leaving for BC for work in 3 days, the vehicle took some time to get ready.
I understand that was out of their hands, I’m just impatient at times.
Other than that, all the staff were super friendly, professional and knowledgeable with the service I received on all levels.

Vehicle service is okay but customer service is lacking - Drakarya
Took my vehicle in for routine service and needed the shuttle to take me to and from work. Told the service advisor when dropping off that I would need a 3 PM pick up. Was told it was not busy and shouldn't be an issue. When advisor called at 10:30 am to get approval for service, reminded him again that I need 3 PM pick up. Was told he would call me when service was complete. By 3:15 PM, had not heard from him and had not been picked up. Called advisor, he was not available. Left message. Called again at 3:45. Was put through to voicemail and left a message. 4:15 called service dept again and was told he wasn't available. Asked when o would be picked up. I wasn't scheduled because I hadn't spoken with my advisor. Really!?! Asked of I could please be picked up. Was finally picked up at 4:40. Advisor called about half way to dealer to see if I was "taken care of". Arrived at dealer 2 hours later than expected to find advisor has gone home. This is the third time I've had these sort of issues and will be the last time I service my vehicle here.

I am very pleased with my experience with Courtesy Mitsubishi. I was dealing with Keith Sinclair, my Sales specialist. He was friendly , attentive to my concerns and very accommodating in making sure that all my questions were answered accurately and concisely. He was also very good after the sale; making sure that all the concerns that I had with the purchase of my 2017 Nissan Sentra were addressed and dealt with in a very professional and timely manner. I would recommend Courtesy Mitsubishi and , in particular, using Keith as your sales specialist.

They create their own documents for customer buy out and add their own fees on top of your official fee. In this situation they gave us the wrong buyout amount and we went out and bought a new vehicle. The dealer came back and told us we were short $1000 due to them mistyping the number on the official buyout form which is signed by their manager. They would not honour their mistake by fixing it. Brutal dealer from A-Z. Will never go back there or recommend anyone to.Truly what we wanted to do was simply take over a lease and it was excessively expensive compared to other dealers. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. BE WARE!

Non existent customer service.I am sceptical they follow Ford processes. I have attempted to address a warranty issue for four months. Every time I call to follow up there are new staff and indicate that the old staff left. Last week I was told the general manager walked out. At the time we purchased the vehicle we had a major issue that was resolved very quickly which renewed our faith in this dealership. But after our latest experience there is no excuse. They did not submit a warranty claim , we had our issue fixed out of pocket and then told they couldn’t submit our warranty. They gave us half the value of the repair for our trouble, even though it would clearly be covered under warranty. This have been escalated to Ford Canada but I would never ever ever recommend this dealer....... My husband and I are on our sixth ford since 2009 ...we love the brand but the experience we had with this dealer makes us question whether or not will stay with Ford

After an extensive market search for a compact SUV for our daughter, we (my wife , daughter and I) decided on the 2019 Tucson. Several factors played a role in our decision. These included an extensive set of safety features for the price, the 5-year warranty, crisp handling, contemporary styling, strong consumer reviews and the excellent service from the sales representative (Jarrad Taylor) and finance staff (Mark Trussler). Jarrad was highly personable, patient, clear, knowledgeable, frank and proactively attentive to the concerns of all three of us. If there was a question about the new model to which Jarad didn't have a ready answer he found it and got right back to us. Given our prior excellent experience with a 2017 Santa Fe purchase and the great service that we received in the more recent purchase, we would be sure to visit Jarrad and Mark at Crowfoot Hyundai when it is time to purchase another vehicle.

I went in to Tower Lane Chrysler to purchase a nice reliable second hand car. Found one was told would be ready in a day or two. Got a call two weeks later was told it was ready I took a very expensive cab ride down, when I was told I would be picked up by a curtesy car, to get ther and see nothing done with the car it was not ready. So I went back home. In the end it took me 3 months to get the car. The sales person who sold me the car got fired and the car was forgotten about. When I called to check on it they said I already had the car. I assured them I didn’t not cause the car never got prepared. When I did pick up the car it was a short time then I started having problem first the charging phone ports don’t work. Had to replace the tire cause they were unsafe to use. When they told me that wer fine at the dealership. 3 months after I had the car it would not start. And I was on the hook for over $1500 to fix it, I did not have extended warranty I was not offered on at time of sale. They told me they would pay for the diagnostic on the car. The fuel pump was gone. I was told when I bought the car she was fully inspected and was assured there was nothing wrong with it, I would have never gotten this car if I know it would be money after money, I wanted a car so I did not have to do that. When I finally got the car fixed after 3 weeks the went back on there world and did not cover the diagnostic as two people said they would. I will never deal with this dealership ever again. Buyer beware. I basically got completely ripped off. And have to pay financing for a car that I don’t even know is reliable. Not acceptable.

I was pressured by David B. to leave a deposit on a vehicle, as he claimed there were several other people interested in it. Later that night I decided it would not be a good purchase, and called the next morning to let him know. David refused to return my deposit. The vehicle that several people were interested in was still on their lot 10 months later.
I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau. BBB contacted IMC for details, and was told that I have never been a customer with them. Fortunately I was able to show proof of the deposit, and BBB was able to continue their investigation.
This company is dishonest and lacks integrity. My advice is to stay away.

This dealership works very hard... to repossess your vehicle. I bought a car from them without the knowledge that it came with a gps ignition control. My mother got sick with brain cancer so i gad trouble making payments but i was never passed a month behind and was actively trying to communicate and set up payment plans. So i start working exactly one week after my payment was due i phoned them told them i planned to make it off my first cheque. I did that from the parking lot of work on my break. I get off work that night they shut the gps ignition off and went home for the night leaving me stranded over 80 km’s away from home when i made every effort to communicate that i had intentions on making my payment. How am i even supposed to pay it off when i cant get back and forth to work. They once made me have to miss work because the payment never processed and i had to wait until lunch before icould even get on the phone to get it running again. Please do not do business with them, give it to honest hardworking dealers IMO

Every thing is well until there is something you agree with Sam who is the owner and operator of one man dealership. In my case, he resorted to verbal threats and physical intimidation. Avoid at all costs. Too bad there are no negative star ratings.
