Service Department - Not for me

I took my vehicle in for PCM issues. They wouldn't even attempt to repair & were very combative. Service department manager is both arrogant & incompetent. I will not be returning to this dealership. They are the worst service department I have ever dealt with. I would rather take my truck to a Canadian Tire - that says a lot.

they take way to long to do a simple compter upgrade,,,,,2 times I have been there for a simple fix that has taken them the whole day to do. plus they way overbook themselves,,maybe why a simple thing takes the entire day to do!!!!!

I have had to leave my vehicle a couple of mornings at Ulmer and then take the shuttle to work. Since I cannot miss too much, Amanda has gone out of her way to drive my vehicle to back to my work place. I consider this great service and going over and beyond the expectations. To me, this is great service and will continue to bring my vehicle to Ulmer for service issues. Thanks

They kept billing me for fixing the same issue more than 3 times, and when I challenged it, even with the evidence of previous work, they denied it and insisted I paid. In most service centers, diagnostics adds up to repair costs when the service is used, but they charged me repair costs separately from diagnostics and I was not informed about the cost before the repairs were done, and Ivana lied to the manager that she informed me, even when I confronted her, she refused to answer the question. kept us late into the evening without remorse. The manager was very rude and racist at that. I will never advise my enemies to visit, even in my dream. It was a nightmare, as they even threaten to cease my car just because of $130 when I opted to pay just the labor cost, this has been my worst encounter since arriving in Canada
