(Des Sources) Worst dealership i have been too, service is a disaster. No call back, no follow up. Impossible to speak to someone. Even after leaving multiple messages, no one calls back. I had an electrical problem in my jeep about a month ago and for some reason my remote starter is no longer fonctionning (they are at fault) since then, i am not able to get an answer on when it will be fixed. They are very good at excuses, telling me the technician is not here. Jean-Marc asked me to send him a picture of my starter 2 days ago saying he needed to see what type of remote starter it was. I never heared from him again, does not pick up the phone. I am always the one trying to reach out tobe able to speak to someone. Terrible service. Knowing how bad they are, i would not have bought my car here. I am a very understanding person, but they lack professionalism. This place should be rated less than 1. To be able to get an answer, I need to show up in person, waste of time. Very unsatisfied with them!!

Mon conjoint avait une Jeep Compass sur guarantie avec un système de son qui faisait défaut. Je suis retrounée deux fois avec l'auto à cause qu'il n'entendait pas le speaker gricher. Par la suite, nous avons su que les roues étaient mal xxxées et a créer un défaut. biensur, l'auto plus sur la guarantie - le concessionnaire s'est défaite de la responsabilité. L'administration, les finances, etc... tous une brande d'innoncents. Une autre expérience; je magasinais une Fiat et j'ai envoyé deux courriels et un appel et on m'a que répondu une semaine plus tard... ce qui m'a définitivement fait décidé de pas faire affaire avec ce concessionaire - le service à la clientèle est horrible!

Normally I found the service people to be very good. However, on two occasions - one where my lug nuts on the wheel came loose and once when the back tire came off and caused thousands in repairs (how does a wheel just fall off - unless it wasn't secured right) I wasn't happy. They tried to get me to claim this as an accident (and make my truck worth nothing as a trade-in to save them money I guess) but finally accepted it as not my fault and the "extended" warranty covered it. Imagine if I didn't have one. Mr. Grenier approved this and over-rode the service manager.
