Terrible Experiance - 4u2nvinmtl

I bought my Jeep SRT from this dealership with an extended warranty. I was lied to about what would and wouldn't be covered on this extended warranty. In the end Quebec, Consumer Protection stepped in and helped me get my warranty money back but the whole experience left me with a bad impression. I took it in for an on warranty repair I waited over 5 hours just to be told they don't have the part and was charged over $200 (no notice that there would be a cost), when I refused they said I won't get my keys back until I pay in full! It escalated when they sabotaged my Jeep SRT after taking it in for servicing. I will never go back to Chrysler Laval. Avoid this dealership at all costs. Don't buy a car or service a car at this dealership. They've even disabled their google review because their that bad.

Total insptection - Bob

The car was on a reccall so we send it for a total inspection, still no recall job done, no tire pressure done, not detect a problem with the whell since no road test. I wonder what they do for an 100 $.

Pretty good - Susyque

Bought a new truck. Pretty good sales man but he had to get a director involved. Gave us a fair price for our old truck pretty happy there...We ended up having to correct the final bill with out a problem. Also went for my daughters jeep for a repair on guarantee and he service was excellent Thanks guys!

En passant Daniel au service est votre homme de confiance, lors de mon dernier entretien, il a remarqué un problème avec un phare avant de mon véhicule et a pris les devant pour la commander. il vérifie tout et prendra soin de votre véhicule comme si c'était le sien. Travaille incroyable également pour leur équipe d'esthétique automobile qui ont préparé mon véhicule pour l'été, une peinture noir sur un véhicule est très difficile a travailler, mais ils on réussi a la remettre pratiquement a neuf a un prix très raisonnable.
