5 STARS FOR THE WORST EXPERIEINCE IN CAR BUYING IN MY 50 + YEARS AS A BUYER. BEWARE, BE CAREFUL AND DO NOT BE TRUSTING IN THEIR ETHICS. THEIR WORD IS NOT THEIR BOND. I agreed to purchase a vehicle online as I reside several hours away. The salesman had sent out an offer to me after we agreed on trade value etc. with no request for a down payment either in the written offer or verbally since we agreed on the final price and that was shown as "due on delivery", which he had agreed to do to my residence the next day. However, another customer online and several hours away jumped into the mix, sent in a $2,000 deposit and even though I had verbally and texted I wanted the vehicle, but hadn't even had time to return the signed copy, I was told I'd need to wait to see if this person was going to take the unit which they did. SO THE UNIT WAS SOLD OUT FROM UNDER ME. VERY FRUSTRATED AND UNHAPPY.

Not a very honest salesman, says what he needs to say to try to get the transaction Advised that he could have a car ordered and arrived at his dealership within 90 days guaranteed, however have been advised by his colleagues and other dealerships that there is no such "guarantee" when there is no stock of that car across the province. I was told by colleagues/other dealerships that it is impossible for him to "guarantee" what is going on at the production line, for that certain specification of the car to be available Some other sleezy salesman tactics: - Told the customer at the beginning that he had inventory of a car. But then in the middle of writing up the purchase order after customer had spent 3 hours at his desk, he apparently "just had the car sold" and now no longer available - Left the customer multiple times during trade-in appraisal to pretend that there was discussion between him and back office about appraisal. But in reality, saw and tracked him go to the washroom and talk to other colleagues, and then come back saying "he had discussed with management" and unable to change appraisal value

Let me say again --This is the service centre to use. Alisha who I mention below is now the Service Manager and that is NO SURPRISE.....Amanda is now my service agent and I can tell she has had the best training from the best people........Alisha - no matter how busy she is still has time to make me feel like a valued client. I trust her and her associates. They do not gouge me in pricing. They are always trying to find a way to discount things to make anything that needs to be done on ALL my Toyota vehicles affordable. Their standard of excellence is so high - I have never left unsatisfied!! I tried the dealership at Toyota on the Park and I have never looked back. This most recent purchase was completely seamless & efficient, & Faye was a great help every step of the way. She answered my constant barrage of questions quickly, & the vehicle delivery was fast and efficient. Both Faye & Tony Leung (the general manager) helped get me in this new vehicle quickly & ahead of my original order timeline. So far I absolutely love the electric vehicle.
