took my Jeep in for service and after a terrible experience, I received an email from Todd Shivers, NewRoads Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram General Manager, saying in part "Your feedback is valuable, as it helps us to meet your needs and make improvements, with the goal of achieving exceptional service." The following is my response to his email to which I received NO reply from Mr Shivers. "Thanks for reaching out regarding recent service. Unfortunately, I’m not happy with my experience nor the end result. The original issue was a warning I received on the display that said “4WD System Unavailable Service Required”. I took it to my usual mechanic who said the he’d read an article about Jeep’s having a lot of issues with the transfer case and suggested I take it to the dealer as he thought there was a recall because of this problem. As it turned out there wasn’t any recall that your service department could find but I left it with them to diagnose the problem on April 12th. The service department had the truck for 3 days and first suggested that a sensor needed to be replaced - that wasn’t the issue. Then it was a module that needed to be replaced but it was on back order and was told it would be a week or longer to get the part. When expressed my concern that they’d already had the vehicle for 3 days, they said that it was fully drivable and I could pick it up and drive it until the part came in. When the module was replaced the issue was still not resolved and the warning sign was still on. So far the bill is now $1350.74 and the original issue has not been fixed! Now I’m informed there is a hydraulic pump code showing up and upon further investigation of rear differential, metal was found in the oil in the diff. I’m told that the 4WD system is operating as designed but a new rear differential is now required for $2379 + 4.5 hours of labour! So I told service that I’d have to think about this and was told that the vehicle was fully drivable so I left. Before even hitting Davis drive, the same warning came back on. I pulled a U turn and went back to the service department to ask about this. They said that the warning was to do with the rear differential issue that needs to be done but was fine to drive. So to this point, service has had the vehicle for 4 days and I’ve spent $1350 on parts that I may or may not have needed and the Jeep is still exactly where it was before I started. It seems to me that the service philosophy is “I think it the sensor, let’s put a new one in - nope that wasn’t it. Lets try a new module - nope that didn’t work either. OK let’s try replacing the rear differential and see if that works...” Unfortunately I have no confidence that the first 4 days & $1350 was actually needed and that lack of confidence extends into the proposed $3K+ repair that’s suggested. I think I’ll go back to my usual mechanic and get the job done right the first time." After being asked for my feedback, and giving it, I dod not receive ANY other communication from this dealer or the G.M.

In my opinion u might as well have a xxxxxx or a grade nine auto shop work on your truck. Complain about truck missing after I bought it they said it was fine then 5000 after warranty was over the transmission went Darren said I never complained about it must have slipped his memory. Then after it was fixed got it home n there was oil everywhere they did not even tighten the xxxxty hose clamps they put on after taking off the factory high pressure ones. It was not a great day at algoma Chrysler

I don't k ow what the last reviewer is talking about, I deal with Arthur Chrysler and I get exceptional service!!! They have gone over and above to make sure my experience has been positive. Just had an engine light come on got me in right away, gave me a loaner vehicle so I didn't miss work. Thanks Jamie you are definitely the guy I will be buying my next truck from. 2021 Warlock!!! Absolutely horrible experience here I came in to get my back brakes and callipers changed and I paid over $1000 and a day later when I was driving my front left tire flew off going down the 404 Highway. They told me it would be $2500 to repair it and it wasn’t their fault because they didn’t take the front tires off. After checking with my mechanic friend I came back to them and told them they must have taken it off because they had to have taken the tires off in order to install the calliper. Their tune changed and they offered to repair the damage they were responsible for at cost. When I got the car back they told me that there was a ball bearing issue on the front right side now that had nothing to do with the mistake they had made before. I brought it to another mechanic and they informed me that in fact it had directly to do with their responsibility and repairing it in the first place. So the shop lied to me multiple times made me go six days without a car put me in a very dangerous position going full speed and losing a wheel down the highway and made me spend additional cost to fix their mistake. If you would like service like this, please go to this dealership.

Purchased a truck that had a lift on it brand new. Was told it had full warranty. The upper ball joints failed at 40000k. The company that the dealer used to install the lift, they told me went bankrupt and that the warranty was with them not the dealer even though I purchased the truck from them right off the show room floor. They ignore all calls. I had to pay for it all. Once they are done with the deal they leave you to fend for your self.

I have had to bring my Jeep Grand Cherokee in several times for recalls. The last recall was a relay pump. They really missed up the sensors. I could not get my gas tank to open then a few days later I lost power steering on the 401. Of coarse I had to take it back several times. They charge close to 130.00 an hour. Very poor service and they have mostly people being trained to be a mechanic. The owner would not take responsibility. At one time during arguing with me he stated " You listen to me young lady". Very rude.

Could not be happier with the service. Well it was pricey but service anywhere is and new vehicles are way pricier so gotta keep this truck going…. Main thing is problem fixed properly and promptly. I had a coolant leak that another dealership looked at twice and could not diagnose. I brought here and they identified the issue in like an hour,, recommended the fix as well as a few other things ( clean injectors and front brake work) . I said yes to all, got my truck back - runs better and no leak and brakes better. I’ve had issues here in past ( but mechanical repairs are not all simple), but I do see they are trying - at least on service side. So I will be back Thanks guys Mike

I want to give 0 if I can. The manager of the service department is horrible, very rude and not helpful. Don’t bother ask anything, he gets very frustrated and annoyed with simple questions. I’ve never had such a bad experience with any other place. Take your car somewhere else and save yourself the headaches.

I would give 0 if I could. Each time I go for service I ask what my bill would be BEFORE they start. Then I end up with a bill several hundred dollars higher than what was quoted. Today the bill was just under $1000 when I just went in for a regular oil change. They recommended some items and I said no it is too expensive. In the end I agreed to the oil change and one other service that they said would be around $250. In total the bill should have not been more than $400-500. It was more than double. This has never happened with any of my previous cars at any other dealership.

I recently bought a used vehicle from Busters. The worst customer service I ever experienced. I purchased the vehicle in June and have been back 6 times for repairs. Not once did anyone reach out and apologize for the total inconvenience this has caused me. I practically begged for an apologize last time I called. From purchasing the vehicle (not ready when promised, 7 days later) to all the problems I'm having now I have not been compensated for any of my time. I believe that since I am a woman and bought used MY business is not important to them. I will Never recommend Bustard Chrysler Waterloo to anyone I know or ever purchase another vehicle from them.
