Highly recommend the professionalism of this entire team. Mark Dorcas went above and beyond to expedite the repairs on my truck and ensure I had it back before the holidays. I even got it a day earlier than anticipated! Their care and concern for my vehicle was also extended to my well being. His team mates were quick to answer my questions when Mark was busy with another customer. They all knew what was happening and what stage my repairs were at any time I called. It really set my mind at ease. I can't thank Mark enough for his time, effort, energy and genuinely caring nature.

Atif- a man of his word; he kept a verbal promise after almost one year! (I will never know if he remembered or he wanted a satisfied customer) The gentleman in parts desk- very helpful Service advisor Myuran- a pleasure to work with Overall I had a great experience here.

Hi everyone i like to share my 7-8 visits for tyre swap and pucher repair experience. I went to mazda for this small job and left with scratches on rims and next day car started shaking went back for inspection and they told me my rotor are gone car wasn't driven for 45k so under warranties and all they changed the rotors and made scratches on the body then i left the car for 2 day to do the paint on that area. I am glad that they painted, and buffed the scratched body and rims but still the rims have scratches and those multiples visits and experience with the staff those conversations loss of my time. I dont feel it worth paying that money to tyre swap it could be cheaper outside and the whole experience was not so proffesional.

Walter Kononeko from the service/parts department has just been amazing over the course of the 2 visits i've had in the past few weeks! Great attitude, very polite and always goes above and beyond for his customers. I'd definitely recommend!!

Took my 2018 cx-5 in for service and 2 days later the engine blows. Repeatedly they refused to provide the diagnostic report, which they have to provide by law. They claim the engine issue is due to a defective part. I'm very sceptical and would not return to Ajax Mazda for service if they were the last shop left on earth.

I have owned 3 different Mazdas and they were all purchased at Bank Street Mazda. The service department at this dealership is excellent bar none. The Service Manager - John Dustan - always makes it a point to make sure the customer is satisfied. The Service Advisors I've dealt with over the years have extensive knowledge and experience with Mazda products. Marcel Faucher, Brian Joiner, Christopher Nolan and Robb listen to the customers' concerns and issues. I wouldn't take my Mazda anywhere else. It's very reassuring to know that the Service Department at Bank Street Mazda competently and effectively completes any repairs or work orders on my vehicles. Keep up the great work gentlemen!

A few years ago we moved from Waterloo, ON where we had excellent service on our two cars, a Mazda 6 and a 3. Unfortunately after our move we had some back experiences with the service at Bay Mazda and had focussed our buying power elsewhere, but recently due to a safety recall and five years passing we tried dealing with them again and recieved fantastic treatment. The service manager, Mike, went far out of his way (literally) to regain our confidence. Looks like our next car will be bought at Bay Mazda!!

As a follow-up to my review below regarding my son's car. I did some research on the issue and it's common for heat shields to rust around the bolt heads, which is what happened on one of them. It's a simple fix, with a larger washer. We could have done it ourselves but took it to Speedy Auto on Guelph and they fixed in less than 30 minutes, with an honest assessment. They couldn't get the duct tape off so the fix was done a long time ago and was sold in that condition. Great team at Speedy and extremely helpful. Leggat could have done the same but chose to alienate a new customer and try and rip us off.
