This place has been a great pitstop for my husband and myself for our car service. In my most recent visit at Birchwood Honda on Regent for service, I had an amazing experience with the staff, particularly Chris Angeles. My first interaction with Chris was when I phoned in and I was transferred to him by the receptionist. He took note of everything I requested and ensured that I didn't miss out on everything I needed at that point. He sounded so personable on the phone, he didn't push and simply listened and his voice sounded very reassuring. He delivered on everything that was discussed over the phone and on the day of the service, and when I called to confirm that all the conditions promised and given by the dealership as part of the service was in place, he still showed empathy and concern over the phone. He didn't rush. He listened. He asked the right questions reassuringly. He sent all information through email which is very essential to working moms with very little time to spend calling on the phone. He provided the necessary information. And he was all out monitoring my service from day 1 until the day I went to bring my car. Uber service was ready to get me and my two kids in time to pick up the newly-inspected vehicle. Chris was good with his word that he would ensure that my children and myself will be safe with uber to complete the service of my car. In person interaction with him also proved that Honda has Chris as one of the few personnel upholding their duties providing service to the clients' satisfaction. I will go back to Honda Regent. I will actually have to get a car from Honda Regent. Thank you Chris for the great Experience.
