I am motivated to write a five-star review of Go Dodge Don Mills for one reason: Assistant Sales Manager Artem Leibenko. Not only is he extremely genuine and professional, he is attentive to customer needs and even goes to the realm of the impossible to deliver customer wants. For the first vehicle I bought off Artem, he went to great lengths to have the vehicle ready for the date I established, even when he wasn’t scheduled to work that day. Naturally, I became a repeat customer, and once again, he made miraculous efforts to deliver the one particular vehicle I wanted in such short span of time. Making a deal with Artem has always been the most enjoyable process of owning a car for me. He listens actively; he is trustworthy; and the experience is always akin to sitting down with a long-time buddy to talk about cars. There is no pressure, no games, and final price is always as negotiated. Through Artem, it is possible for me to deal directly with Mark Clack and Linda Burton (Service Manager/s) for any issues that I may have. I have been afforded the utmost support in customer service at Go Dodge Don Mills. It’ll be a challenge to find a better car dealer, a better sales manager.

Terrible Customer Service. My partner and I met after work Thursday, October 3 at 5:30pm at the dealership. It was raining. We saw the 2017 Mazda6 GT I was potentially interested in. It was unlocked, we sat in it and looked it over for 7-10 mins. It was dirty, not cleaned, trash throughout and McDonald's wrappers in the trunk. We got out, closed the doors to suddenly them being locked. We looked around and noticed a gentleman standing on the steps of the dealership, holding a key, staring. No wave, no gesture to go see him, just stared. We walked over and broached a conversation. He told us that it had everything because it was a GT. We asked if it had a feature and he said it was a GT and had everything. I said, well you can buy a GT with three different packages and wanted to confirm which packages it had. He dismissed what I said reiterated it was a GT. He also told us that it was only one owner who worked there (which was untrue by the papers in the dash - he was the second owner). My partner said it was not really my fav colour, but we wanted to check it out. We stood, cold, wet and awkward as he continued to tell us he worked at Mazda before (and knows all about the Maxda cars - but clearly didn't as he was unaware of the different packages on a GT), a dealer downtown and then here. He said he would likely open his own dealership. I mentioned that there was another GT in Guelph, same trim, just a different interior. He said he know which one and was more expensive. It was actually $1000 less, with only several more km's. He again dismissed my information. I showed him on the AutoTrader app, he said - well, it is not the colour I like. He was in many ways rude and dismissive. We asked if we had to make an appointment to test drive it, he said it hadn't been cleaned and that it wasn't the colour we want (sarcastically) and turned and walked up the stairs. We stood there, cold, wet and dumbfounded by his lack of interest. My partner asked me if I wanted to test drive - I said I had hoped to. My partner turned, walked up the stairs (which had customers and sales reps there) and walked by the original sales rep and asked if anyone wanted to take us for a test drive - the sales rep said you don't like the colour in a sarcastic tone. My partner told him that he apparently didn't want to sell a car and continued loudly asking if anyone wanted to sell a car and go on a test drive as this sales rep didn't want to. He was clearly embarrassed and shoved the key to Raymond (a sales rep who had just walked outdoors) and told him to take us for a test drive). He did, I felt bad for him as he was very quiet and didn't know what was going on. He was nice, but again apparently confused. After the test drive, my partner wanted to see the manager and quickly told him about the experience (in less than a min or two - hence why I am writing this for more detail). We do not know the name of the original sales rep, he was nowhere to be found, but Manager was going to speak to Raymond to find out). Overall I was/am still disappointed by the lack of emotional intelligence and poor sales skills was horrific. Whoever that sales rep was, I truly do feel for any customers he helps in the future. I was genuinely interested in the vehicle - but completely disappointed by the experience. Thumbs-down for the sales rep. I will update if I ever find out his name. I hope the manager spoke with him. Raymond - thank you for jumping in. I appreciate you doing so. No one once asked our names, never asked to follow-up...the car is still for sale, weeks later...

Went to get the first ever service of my car, the staff seemed very hesitant when i asked for the shuttle service. Didn’t even sprayed water on my car after service. The seats in the waiting area are quite uncomfortable, spending 2 hrs there seems like 2 centuries 👎🏼 I Wouldn’t go there again.

I bought a car with tony and since the begining he was rushing me. After the deal done he said the date I could pick the car, when the date came he said the car needed a repair but i already had paid for parking and insurance and I agreed to pick the car and do repair after. When I got the car Tony said the repair was done, but the manager had sent me an email a few hours before saing otherwise. I asked if Tony was sure about the repair and he said yes. Luckly the service person was there and I asked what they have done in the car, as I knew the repair was not done. Then I showed Tony the paper and asked why he lied to me, Tony grabbed my arm and started to yell at me. The worst experience I ever had in my life. DO NOT RECOMEND
