Picked up my new 2019 Sierra Elevation on Saturday. My sales rep., Trent M was terrific! Very knowledgeable about truck I purchased and very good knowledge of lot inventory. Trent explained the vehicle bells and whistles from front to back and was very polite, professional and friendly.

I went to this Dealership because it is closer to home... biggest mistake I ever made. The salesman was super we agreed to the car and price put a 2000$ deposit.we agreed on the full payment the next day a certified check for 41000$ and were told that they were looking for my car meanwhile our car was promised to someone 2 days later they were still looking for my car.i suggested if they can’t find one give me a loaner they wouldn’t agree to it. Then, they told me they have a car on the lot. It was a similar SUV, only a bigger engine and 3100$ more. They worried more about the 3100$. The following day i paid the money and finally got my car. When I picked up my car, the financial wizard said we owe 32$ for having our plates changed over. Incredible, i paid and finally got my Bill of sales and my keys. The salesman is Rawlston De silva, a super person. The next day I went back because all tires were over inflated and I waited one and a half hours. I got the car back finally, but why did it take them that long to check the pressure in 4 tires?

2 years ago I bought a car in this dealer, CathyMancini Told me was a good option to buy a walk away insurance .Since the beginning she knew that I was self employed.
I couldn’t work anymore and I try to get the walk away insurance just to help me in 2 quotes of the car but when I called they asked me if I had EI employment insurance.
I told them no because I am self employed.
They told me they can’t help me because that insurance is just for employees with EI.
Cathy Mancini has not professional ethics.
How she can sell an insurance that is not suitable for people just to get a commission.
She gave me a warranty in the car that I didn’t need.
I gave the car back to the bank.
I lost a lot of money on that walk away insurance and warranty she gave me.

I was having issues with the engine light staying on. I had it diagnosed as faulty timing chain. I spoke with the service Manager Tony Fazzina , and he arranged to have the vehicle repaired at a very reasonable price, provided a loaner car, and provided excellent service. The service dept are also very pleasant to deal with.

I scheduled an appointment for the truck to come in for service on Monday at 10 am.
Thinking i would get a call on Tuesday , explaining what problems needed to get fixed on the truck.
I had to call them on Wednesday , and they still had not looked at my truck !! No idea why i set up an appointment.
I ended up picking up my truck on Thursday
I needed to work , lost 4 days of work , and the truck is still not fixed. All i got was a report on Thursday ( $350 ) for a 10 min job !!! after i had to call them all the time
They asked me bring my truck back to fix it , after i work a few days.
. I will never go there again !!! Awful service !!!

Don’t return your lease here, they won’t stop the payment, returned my lease there and got another payment taken out 8 business days later! They didn’t take the time to call GM financial and stop my old truck payments and said they won’t pay me back the payment, not attentive.

I purchased a used Dodge Caravan from the humberview group and I have been living a nightmare ever since.
My original delivery date was missed because the van broke down on the way to me.
My current veichle was no longer insured so the humberview group offered to pay for a rental pretty nice right? Well I'm still waiting to be reimbursed.
Now on the big delivery day, the vans air bag sensor and stow and go seat was broken!
They offered to pay to have it fixed but the van has been in my local dodge dealership twice now and the air bag sensor still comes on!
When I asked to make a reselection before their 30 day policy they totally ignored me , but I do have proof in the form of text messages for when I take my complaint to OMVIC.
My advice is to steer clear of this company and their poorly reconditioned veichles.
