I'm a first time car owner and buyer. So i don't really know how the process goes. So to make the long story short, i bought the toyota corolla 2020 car, thinking it was a good deal bec i trusted the dealer for we have the same background. When i asked my friends and other dealership about the price, they say I got the car in a quiet expensive price because I also purchase the extended warranty. I don't earn much as a worker and wanted to return the car i didn't get yet for i am scare i might not be able to afford it. But they told me i can't get my 1k deposit back and i might pay more for the trouble of preparing the car for me. So i decided to get the extended warranty off so it will be less on my monthly dues but these two people told me i can't cancel it for i already signed the paper and i believed them. So on the day i will pick up the car i was still hesitant so i called head office to ask if i can cancel the extended warranty and they told me i can within 6mos. I confronted them about it and still persistent to sell the extended warranty as if they didn't lied to me.
Well, I end up paying for the expensive car and extended warranty to get over it for i need the car badly for my new job. I'm not that confident to defend myself because I'm alone and the lady is really getting into my nerves for me to take the extended warranty.
This is just a heads up to first time buyer and owner, do your research and go to all dealership around you before buying. I learned my lesson, i cried for two weeks but i love my new car.

We previously requested the service to be finished by 12pm. We show up at our scheduled time at 8:15pm. Albert Hung comes at 10am informing me that additional services are needed. I asked if it would be done by 12pm. He says, he would need 2 hours. I agree. He comes back 1 min later and gives me a cost of $761 to complete the service. I still agree.
It's now 1pm and I am patiently waiting, no one bothers to give me an update to say its running later than expected. Which I don't mind, because I know they are busy, but a courtesy update would be nice.
I get to the cashier and the bill is over $1000. I question the price as Albert said it was 761. He comes back and forgot to mention that 761 was the additional cost on top of the original scheduled maintenance. Even though I don't look Chinese, I spoke to him in Cantonese asking, how much was that? I could tell he was surprised and embarrassed. He explained and tapped me on my shoulder and said, "I am sorry"
So for some constructive feedback on Albert Hung: Be honest with prices, be honest with approximate wait times and a courtesy update from time to time wouldn't hurt.

The moment we stepped in the door we were welcomed at the front desk with a smile. We met up with Phil who introduced us to Ola. Ola was very friendly and knowledgeable about the RAV4. Our whole experience was super casual and we never felt pressured to buy that day. We did end up buying that day, but because we LOVED the RAV4 XLE! We even ended up getting the luxury package based on Olas suggestion. I would definitely recommend Wietzes to anyone looking for a new vehicle and would also recommend the RAV4. It is a very fun drive and I have no regrets about our purchase. Thanks Phil and Ola!

I just purchased a used car in mint condition at Pickering Toyota. The salesman named Matthew Reid was very professional, extremely helpful and very pleasant to be around. He even accompanied me to my house to make sure that the car fit into the garage. He also came to pick me up and spent a considerable amount of time reviewing the features of the car and answering all other inquiries. I was also told to call him if I needed any help with the car. I highly recommend Matthew Reid.

It was the worst experience in purchasing a new vehicle, shockingly pathetic. They sold and charged me for services that were not compatible, they coerced me to sign a sales contract that was lacking what I paid for. Beyween employees they constantly had difference opinions on products and services. On delivery day of my vehicle after giving them 4 extra days to prepare it not only was nothing done on the PDI, none of the Platinum Sheild Protection was even started including the Rust Inhibitor Spray.

I wish there was a negative review option, I would give that. My parents have gone there for Tire issues on Lexus more than 5 times in past few months alone. They are sent back with "nothing is wrong" every time and next day we have a flat tire.
Do yourself a favor and find another dealership.
