Amazing Overall Experience - Carchick
I was pregnant when I purchased my Escape so I wanted to have the least stressfull experience and the best price as I was about to go on maternity leave at the time. I had been to a number of dealerships before Oak-land and they did not succeed in making this happen for me. Oak-land was so easy to deal with from the get go. Very friendly staff (Lou and Adam were amazing) that went above and beyond..they even drove the car to my house for me before purchasing it to make sure it fit in my garage to my satisfaction (with room to walk around it) and that the stroller would fit as well. They gave me the best trade in value for my Cadillac and a great deal on the Escape. I am forever grateful to them for helping turn my stressful car buying experience into such a positive one.

I have dealt with Mohawk Ford for all my service since purchasing my Edge in around 2012. I am always treated well. The staff are amazing. The service is personal and friendly and always helpful. They go above and beyond and care that you are happy. I wouldn't dream of buying my next car anywhere else and always go in for service to them. Very accommodating too. They understand my busy schedule and do their best to make things work for me time wise.

After waiting for almost a year with several calls to Airport Ford in Hamilton and contact to Ford Canada. I am still waiting to hear from them to replace my recall airbag. I stopped at Northway Ford in Brantford 8 days ago and as of today my airbag has been installed. You make the call on who offers better customer service
Excellence Achieved - Happy Customer
While it may always be expected seldom do you today ever receive the level of care and attention when having others provide a service . The true exception was experienced today when having our Ford Fusion service at Discovery Ford. Indeed, the experience today was high lighted by Frank Otterspoor 's attention to detail and providing an excellence in communication in the process. Frank's personal efforts to make certain that he completely understood what service had to be done but he also made the effort to listen attentively to my simple way of describing the 'little things' which I thought needed to be looked after. Oftentimes a personal experience is remembered in a very special way. Our experience today with Discovery Ford and Frank's special effort to make sure things were done to our satisfaction has created one of those special memories. I wonder if this approach could not be followed by others in the future.

Ive been dealing with Brenda for over 10 years now . I called Brenda and let her know I was over due on my oil change and if she could take me this morning as I was concerned being a new car. She brought me in within the hour, I'm a very happy customer !!!

Turbocharger exhaust smoke repair botched.. - Jason
Took my 2010 Lincoln Mkt in for a
heavy smoke coming from my rs turbo-charger. The mechanic apparently, did not road test my vehicle; he apparently saw oil from the turbocharger leaking on the turbo tubes and changed those instead , at a cost of $1,258, labour alone was $795.00. When i picked my vehicle up the next day , I noticed it was still emitting heavy smoke from the exhausts. I brought it back, at which point I was told ,the rs turbocharger is smoking; the reason I took my vehicle there in the first place.This repair cost me $2,118.34. So in two days it cost me $3,376.34 .Neither the service manager or the service advisers took responsibility for the mechanics incompetence;or the unnecessary repairs cost I had to pay . Sadly I'm also a Ford Canada employee.

This was the first time we went to this place since buying our truck one week ago (bought it elsewhere). I took it there for a burnt out bulb and it took an hour to fix a bulb and the guy at the service desk STEVEN was an arrogant xxx and treated me like crap!! He was so condescending towards me and behaved like he knew me as a long time friend or something...not like a first time customer should be treated!!! In my opinion he needs to reign in his arrogance and treat customers with more respect and not like old friends! When I went to the desk to ask him about my truck he went to look and came back and said it somewhere but he wasn't sure where??...EXCUSE ME!...you don't know where my truck is and seems like he didn't give a crap! He told me to go sit down and he'd come get me. I asked if this was covered under warranty and he said since it was so new yes it would be...xxx???...the truck is a week old!! I was so furious and upset after this first visit with my new truck just because of the way he treated me that we would rather drive further to take our truck for service in the future than have to deal with this xxx again!!!

Excellent customer service throughout my entire transaction leasing a new 19’ F150. 7th vehicle (new & used) through Kennedy over the years, and the sales and service staff have been fantastic throughout all of my experiences with them. I have referred several friends to them all of whom have had similar positive experiences like mine.
Worst car shopping experience Ive ever encountered - Unhappy customer
Our sales representative was not courteous at all. I opened the back of the ford escape I was looking at and took a step back to see the whole back and he shut the door as I took a step back. I said I was looking at that and he said nothing. He didnt ask if I wanted to test drive this and when I mentioned about the marks on the seat not being detailed very well he said “That’ll come out.” He was not at all knowledgeable nor polite in manners. “Our price is our price.” He said. Maybe he was having a bad day. I should have asked for a new salesman. He was the worst I have ever encountered. I sent off an email the night after my visit to the 3 managers. I have yet to hear anything. So if this is how the managers deal with customers its a wonder if people return. I know i am not going to visit Grimsby Ford again.
