Erinwood have been fantistic iin there cooperation ln solving problems. My problem has been with Ford. Some one at Ford made a decision not to allow Canadians to have the larger red brakes.

I was pregnant when I purchased my Escape so I wanted to have the least stressfull experience and the best price as I was about to go on maternity leave at the time. I had been to a number of dealerships before Oak-land and they did not succeed in making this happen for me. Oak-land was so easy to deal with from the get go. Very friendly staff (Lou and Adam were amazing) that went above and beyond..they even drove the car to my house for me before purchasing it to make sure it fit in my garage to my satisfaction (with room to walk around it) and that the stroller would fit as well. They gave me the best trade in value for my Cadillac and a great deal on the Escape. I am forever grateful to them for helping turn my stressful car buying experience into such a positive one.

I booked a month in advance to have an oil change in a company work vehicle at 7:30 a.m. so that I could be off and running to work early, I figured it would take an hour and a half at worst. The vehicle was not ready until 2:30 p.m. Wasted day. I’m not sure when and if I will be back for service at this location. As well, I had to reset the oil service reminder myself.

I purchased my 2013 Escape at Meadowvale Ford and have had all service completed there. The staff are always amazing and courteous. I usually use the shuttle service and leave my car for the day. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for either drop off or pick up to be taken where I need to go.

Ford Shelby GT350 - Irked
I Was lied to by the service department twice during two separate appointments at this dealership regarding parts for a simple oil change. Still have not received a follow up call regarding the status of the parts that were ordered beginning of June and it’s halfway through July now.
The only reason I’m writing this is because I was told there were no oil filters for my car available in Southern Ontario. I promptly found another dealership here with 140 oil filters for my vehicle in stock and I proceeded to have the work done elsewhere.
I am not a grumpy person who wastes time on the internet griping about bad experiences and maybe the people at Summit are quite capable of performing good service 8/10 times, I’ve just been ticked off to the point where I think they deserve a bad review.

They charge me $180 to diagnose the issue. But they didn’t diagnose anything. They rude rep came after an hr and told me my ford explorer 2016 is old and it will cost me to fix $625 to $3900 max. With taxes. Which didn’t make sense to me. I got it fixed in $135 from other certified car repair centre. Please don’t go to these frauds. I have all the proofs. Thanks
