Brought my older model Kia in for service. The service manager was very nice and informative, fixed the problem on the spot and I left happy. UNTIL the problem came back the following day ($250 later). I brought it in again, and this time they had it for A MONTH. They fixed the problem again (after an additional charge which did not absorb the previous unnecessary work), which was great, but when I picked it up I was given a new problem. My navigation screen was broken, to which they said was just a coincidence. Fair enough. lets fix it. I was quoted $150 by the service manager. Called back 4 times, no call back just to find out he no longer worked there. Then the story changed, it was not there fault it was broken and it would now cost &750 to fix, no compensation. This process took MONTHS of back and forth just to figure out they screwed me over. VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE.
Worest experiance in buying a used car - tonysumner
I purchased a used BMW from Airport KIA.It was the worst experience I have had buying a car. The sales person Kyona was very unprofessional. Never answered or returned calls or emails and when you got hold of her she made up some phony excuse, I also left a couple of messages for the sales manager Soheil and he also didn't return my call. When I picked up the car driving away the washer fluid light was on and 5 minutes later the low tire pressure light came on. I stopped in a gas station and fix the problem. 2 days later the first time I drove at night I got pulled over for a bad tail light. The LED light was not working. The whole lens had to be replaced because the led bulb was apart of the lens that year and expensive. Also the same day both the low washer fluid and tire pressure lights came back on. to bad rear tires plus a crack in the washer tank and a rear lens I ended fixing out of my own pocket. This car was just certified 2 days before I picked it up. Do not go to Airport KIA worst dealership in the GTA

I am not at all impressed with the service centre at the Milton Kia. I had a warranty covered issue that they could “not recreate” the problem, but suddenly after the issue is out of warranty 4 months later they tell me that the cost to fix would also include a “diagnostic” fee. Shady. Not a great customer rapport. I will never go back to this Kia. After I left, I called another Kia dealership who were so supportive and helped diagnose the issue in exactly 1min and have the part warrantied. NEVER GO TO MILTON KIA.
