Great Experience - Melih
I leased a 2019 Subaru Forester and I dealt with Bo Ma. Bo was very professional and helpful throughout the process and made the experience hassle free. He was friendly and informative.
While receiving the car I had a problem with car's tailgate and Bo helped out right away and it was resolved on spot. I have a slight tilt on my steering wheel and I drove to dealership near closing time and Bo helped by having a test drive with us and he proposed booking a service appointment to get it checked if I am uncomfortable and verified that there is no safety issue. I will be there for servicing as well hoping it will be as great experience as it was up until now.

If I could Rate them a 0, I would - Forester Family
We love our vehicle, however, we have experienced nothing but grief in regards to service.
Our vehicle was pre-owned and we requested that a dent repair be done as part of our sales agreement.
The dealership kept putting off the repair (more than 6 months), then when we had an appointment for solely this reason(so we would stop hearing excuses why they can’t compete it or ran out of time), they did not book the rental car as promised (Chris E) and did nothing to rectify the situation to make it right, also as promised (Gary).
When we reached out to the dealership Management, they did nothing to respond to our requests.
This dealership is great at doing nothing. What they are not great at is customer service.
The icing on the cake was when the car was returned to us with less than 2L of gas in the tank!
If you enjoy wasting your time and money, go to Whitby Subaru. If you are looking for a team of employees who treat their customers with integrity and respect, please save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere.
I didn't know you could care so little. - JDW
We have had a saga of issues on our lease. This has been brought to the attention of multiple managers, beginning with Manny, and escalated up to Bruno - who won't even answer us.
My fiancee and I leased a car from this dealership almost exactly 2 years ago. Just after the first year, the car broke down on the highway. We were told that the fuel injector melted and the o-ring released from its housing, causing damage to the cylinder and the engine. We were told that this was a very rare problem. Keeping in mind that this is a new car, we were very concerned about our safety as this is a major issue that could have gone much worse. There was a complete engine power failure. As it occurred on the QEW going 100 km/h, it is a miracle that no one was hurt.
Fast forward to about a week ago when we bring the car for its routine 40 000 km maintenance check. We are told that 3 of 4 brake-lines are about to burst and given a loaner car. We are then told that this was caused by fraying on the braid of the brake lines and all 4 lines need to be replaced. Pro-tip, this is apparently a KNOWN ISSUE to Subaru, and according to this dealership, there is NO RECALL and we would have been fine. It can happen to any car produced around the same time. They replaced the lines because they are good people.
Given what happened, we requested a different car. This seems very unsafe to us. You can't tell us it's fine to have the brakes go like this. Unless you are Manny, who requested that my fiancee simply add some new accessories to the car and say it was new. Clearly, as a woman, I wouldn't notice.
The best offer they had was to drive the car until September. We were forced to pay $500 to get this car back since they "serviced" it. I will never do business with the R. Ferri group again. Subaru should be looking into this dealership!
