As a followup, I went in to see Christopher Fleming, Service Manager, as he initially said he would refund my alignment when I spoke to him on the phone. I went in to get the refund and he told me that he wouldn't unless I took off this review. Shows you how slimy this guy is.
And the General Manager knows everything as I have cc'ed him on the emails.
I've been doing research with a number of GM Car Enthusiasts and they all say that Wilson Niblett is a far better dealership.

I was having issues with the engine light staying on. I had it diagnosed as faulty timing chain. I spoke with the service Manager Tony Fazzina , and he arranged to have the vehicle repaired at a very reasonable price, provided a loaner car, and provided excellent service. The service dept are also very pleasant to deal with.

Don’t return your lease here, they won’t stop the payment, returned my lease there and got another payment taken out 8 business days later! They didn’t take the time to call GM financial and stop my old truck payments and said they won’t pay me back the payment, not attentive.

My Pontiac vibe was shifting just a touch late from 1st gear into second. No big deal, I'll just bring it in to the professionals that know my car best. After a week the car still shifted late but now it was leaking fluid too. I spent $2000 and basically had the manager mocking the car I purchased shrugging his shoulders and saying well, what are you gonna do. GM head office was no help. I had an independent shop repair the car. They brought to my attention that the dealer also bent an axle while "repairing" my car. Nice job Giles! To bad you will never get any more of my money and GM won't either. No wonder you are in such financial troubles.
