Excellent Service - Shefali
My parents and I had an excellent service from Mr. Zarjan Hafizi (Zeeman). He was very professional, friendly and helpful in showing the car features of the Honda CR-V. We were very satisfied with his incredible customer service, as we felt very welcomed to Civic Motors Honda. We recommend to see Mr. Zarjan Hafizi. Thanks for everything!
Me and my husband just picked up our new 2019 Civic SI... - angie.taing
Me and my husband just picked up our new 2019 Civic SI and what a blast it is. Our son recently purchased a Type R from Elie Antoun and told us about his experience. After shopping around and getting the run around on hidden fees, we went with Elie Antoun and he beat everyone with no secrets. If you need a new car and don't want to deal with all the tricks, Elie Antoun at Ottawa Honda is THE one to go see.
Unprofessional Honda mechanic - Robbie
Went there for oil change after a day of driving oil is leaking. They are Honda dealer they should know how to do the oil change properly. How can I trust them to do brakes job if they can’t do even a simple oil change. I will never go back there for any maintenance.
BAD PEOPLE AND BAD SERVICE - scorpio
These ppl sucks.. untrained staff, dont knw what they are doing.. not responsive at all.
am an international student and i went there so that these people can help me to find me a good deal. Here comes the good part:
- They wanted a co-signer ( which i arranged with a good credit)
- then they wanted someone Canadian : well i mean come on.......... m international student, who would be ready to co-sign for me???? i came here a year ago, who would take such a big responsibility???
- never mind, then this lady named "julie" suggested me to get a co-signer who have visa for more then 7-8 years..... What, are you xxxxing kidding me????? who carry visa for 7 years dude? people get their PR after 3-4 years... then these freaks hung me like for a month, and then they canceled my loan...
well......... JUST FOR THE SAKE OF HONDA, I WOULD LIKE TO EDUCATE THE STAFF, NOW I HAVE MY OWN HONDA CIVIC, WITHOUT ANY CO-SIGNER (COZ I HAVE GOOD CREDIT SCORE) AND I'VE BEEN HAPPILY DRIVING IT FOR A WHILE NOW.
PLEASE HIRE GOOD AND KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF TO GET CUSTOMERS. THE STAFF YOU HAVE RIGHT NOW, IS JUST DISAPPOINTMENT GATINEAU HONDA.
Never go back there again !! - Sou
We had a apointment with him to see a speific car, We lost two hours of roads in the traffic jam on the highway, and then he said : i'm sorry the car is sold but I have other models to show you ... This is really not professional.
Service Department - Bubbles
I have always been treated well by the friendly and knowledgeable service advisors, and the former service manager went over and above to resolve issues with my Honda Pilot. Their shuttle driver Ray is awesome and was always available to drop me off or pick me up.

Receptionist gave wrong info & was rude. - Disappointed
I love my 2012 Accord & have the 7 year extended warranty. Last Fall my front windows suddenly stopped working. Called Lallier, told receptionist I was under 7 year warranty, regardless, she told me this problem was not covered under the warranty - I beg to differ. I went to a Honda dealer in Ottawa & sure enough...of course it was covered under warranty - they fixed it. So I spoke with the Hull manager. He tells me that the reason I was 1st told it wasn't covered is because I hadn't had the transmission fluid changed, which is a warranty requirement?!...I always bring my car in for regular oil changes and they tell ME if/when warranty requirements are due...as they have in the past. Manager tells me "it's my responsibility to ensure these warranty requirements get done". How am I to know this? I'm not a mechanic - I'm a 63 year old woman!...and Honda hasn't shy'd away in the past to tell me other warranty services were required - have always had required warranty services done and have always relied on the dealership to advise me. The manager tried putting me at fault - imagine! I took a different stance. I then asked him to explain to me "what does the transmission fund have to do with faulty electrical switches"... all he could say was that if you miss one of the warranty requirements...your warranty is null. He told me he'd handle it and to just bring my car in asap to gave the trani fluid changed and he'd fix himself up with Honda to ensure Ottawa dealership gets the ok to cover the cost of the faulty electrical switches. Shame on you Lallier for letting a good loyal customer down. It's up to YOU to inform ME when warranty work is manditorily required - you've done so in other inspection visits. Give it a break! Admit it when you're wrong. Ottawa dealership said it was negligent on your part. I guess I can't trust you with my extended warranty requirements but you were quick and determined to sell it to me as a benefit. Thank goodness I know differently & I don't easily give in when I know something is just not quite right. Don't be so arrogant and advise your receptionist to deter her inaccurate opinions and misinformation - READ the warranty and take care of your clients and inform and ensure ALL warranty requirement's are made known to the client. Imagine! being told I should have read the full extent of the warranty agreement!...give it a break - that's for you to tell me especially when I always regularly bring my car in to your branch for servicing & routine check ups. Salesmen are great and informative - it's the service centre that's at fault and unfortunately unreliable. This mistake of yours almost cost me my warranty.
