Horrible dealership, they promised a new sd card/navigation as part of the purchase of the vehicle and never ordered it. It's been a almost a month an all I get it's lies from them. Don't ever buy from this dealership, they won't fulfill their promises as soon as you leave with the vehicle.

Worse service ever the sales manger here is a jerk and I am been kind. I put a down payment on a truck this weekend and apparently they had trouble getting finance for me. So I told the guy in finance on Tuesday that I will come pay cash.if 75000. 2 days went by could not get anyone on the phone. So I decided to go in yesterday. The sales manager sold my truck 0n Tuesday and I knew nothing about it no phone call or anything. Needless to say I was mad. No apology was quite rude to me. I will contact Chevrolet head office. Far as I am concerned this was a contact with 2000 down.I will contact my lawyer. So I give this dealership a minus.

took my truck their Feb 22nd for a oil change. my service adviser Amica Allenbach was fantastic very friendly had a very relaxing time while i waited for my truck . she went over the bill before paying. i had a great experience.look forward to going back for my next service or any other repairs i may need on my truck

The worst dealership I dealt with in yrs from march 31 from picking up a new 2023 high country diesel truck and not even making 100km back to Calgary with trouble and now it’s middle of may and last week been trying to get keys so I can pick the truck up to trade this lemon back to a dealership where I get answers and service for 15 yrs. This dealership is built on lies and the xxxxxxxx just to get you in the door I know from this bad experience not to deal with guys name are Jeff relling in sells David barber in the financing department stay way from he will not answer you after u sign the lie papers, from and micheal Redmond those guys should be all fired.

Took our truck to be fixed and they were going to charge us an astronomical amount. We payed what we owed and took our truck elsewhere. They got mad that we pulled our truck and put a block on our warranty and screwed us over. We now can't get any work done on the truck without paying out of pocket. Stay as far away from this dealership as you can.
