BIGGEST SCAMMERS EVER!!!!!!! We sat with Gilles when we were leasing a vehicle 4 years ago. At that time the lease allowed for 60,000 km over the 4 years. He showed us am option we could purchase so we signed up and paid $1,500.00 + to receive the 100,000 km's. Now that we have returned the vehicle, we get a bill for the km's being over the allowed amount!!!! What a bunch CROOKS!!!! They tell us we bought an extended warranty for 100,000. Why would anyone in their right mind but a warranty that would not even be used if you are only allowed 60,000!!! If we thought that we were going to go over the km's we would have returned the vehicle and paid the penalty....way cheaper than the bill we just received. I will never buy another anything form this sneaky dealership!!!! I will also encourage our company and all it's contact's to not even consider using this dealership!!!!!!!! More

They all just sad there not wanting to move. When they finally took my car in I waited over 3, yes three hours for a Simple oil change. This place has become a joke. New place same problems I purchased my vehicle from them because the price was good. However the service is so slow and bad it becomes frustrating and not worth it. I think I'd rather pay a little more for the car of the service was fast and done correctly. This place takes 2hrs minimum to get an oil change even though you have a scheduled appointment. I think they do that so that you don't take them up I the free oil changes they give you when you purchased your car. More

Service Centre Good, But Could Be Better I wrote a review on the great experience we had purchasing a vehicle at this dealership, but the service centre does not warrant the same review. F I wrote a review on the great experience we had purchasing a vehicle at this dealership, but the service centre does not warrant the same review. For the most part, they are good. They are friendly, booking an appointment online is easy, and there is plenty of space to sit in the waiting room, but I have to emphasise the "wait" part of that. An oil change typically takes 60 to 90 minutes at this dealership. If I wasn't getting free oil changes, thus saving about $50 or so, I would be taking the vehicle to a place that can do it in about 20-30 minutes. The time is a big concern when it comes to other service, but not the only. At one oil change a while back, they recommended a brake cleaning service. When I inquired about the cost, it started at about $130, but then they said that I would need a wheel alignment if it was done, so we were looking at the $400-$500 range. I have never heard of this "requirement" so I passed on it, and stopped by my own mechanic for a second opinion. He confirmed my suspicion that the alignment wasn't necessary after a brake cleaning, and his price for the cleaning was about $90. I had him do the work, as I do for most other repairs. They can do a good job at this dealership, but it will cost you in both time and money. More

You must see Vera Krcic. I have been with the dealership for a while and this is not my first Ford/Lincoln vehicle, during those years I was exposed to a lot of different sales representatives, which will fool you with custom tailored suites and articulate speeches. To repeat myself, if you truly want solid service without any unnecessary hype, please go see her. Thank you. More

Poor customer service, and low quality product We've had a horrible experience at this dealership and with our truck. Bought a 2016 F150 in September and there have been problems since day 1. It's been in for service 4 times, issue still isn't resolved, now they say the issue doesn't exist, even though the mechanics admitted it does. The dealership also dented our tailgate; not only did they not tell us, they didn't even apologize when we told them. They didn't replace the tailgate, they 'fixed' the dent, however it is still noticeable. To make matters worse, our check engine light has been on twice in the last 4 weeks. The first time because something was 'frozen inside'. Its winter, in Canada!! We haven't taken it in yet to get it checked for a second time as we dread going in there.. We've made complaints to Ford of Canada and after 3 mos, we are still trying to get this resolved. So not happy. Would think spending $40,000 on a brand new truck would be a positive and fun experience, but it has been horrible Will NEVER return to this dealership and will probably never buy a Ford again. More
