When first entering Woodbridge Toyota, I was greeted with a friendly smile from reception. I then was introduced to Jonathan, I had my guard up from previous terrible experiences with dealerships. Jonathan redeemed my trust with car dealerships and did not act like a salesman, but a professional trying to help me. He was not pushy at all. Even though I told him I was just looking for now and not ready to make a purchase, he still spent his time with me and showed me different options until we landed on one that was best for me. We shook hands at the end and I left. A week later I had made my choice and called Jonathan who was able to book me an appointment that fit my VERY busy schedule. Came in and even though I knew what I wanted, Jonathan insisted we we look at it and drive it again to make sure I was happy before making the final decision. I just picked up my car and I have never been happier. He even called me to follow up on how I was liking the car and to ensure I had no issues or other questions.
