There should be a 0 Star option. I purchased my 2016 Jeep Cherokee Ltd with just over 14,000K from this dealership in May 2017. She has turned out to be somewhat of a lemon. Fuel In I purchased my 2016 Jeep Cherokee Ltd with just over 14,000K from this dealership in May 2017. She has turned out to be somewhat of a lemon. Fuel Injector replaced in Feb. 2022 with 38,000K. Most recently, Aug. 2023, just completely died with just over 45,000K Initial problem was diagnosed and repaired quickly (Work was done at a different dealership) With the second issue I contacted the dealership I took my vehicle to previously but they would not be able to get to it very quickly. That is when I went to Willowbrook Motors to speak to their service department (Brendan - Service Adviser) BEFORE I had it towed to Willowbrook Motors for diagnostics and then repair. I was guaranteed that the diagnostics would be run either later that day or first thing in the morning. When I received a call at 9:30 this morning I assumed it was from their service department - NOPE, it was from one of their sales people inquiring if I wanted to sell my vehicle to them. I told him , the only call I was expecting or wanting was from his service department to update me on the problem with my vehicle. I left a couple messages for the service adviser, Brendan. Calls not returned, When I called again and spoke to someone else in the service department they told me the diagnostic check was done and revealed it was not the battery or alternator and additional diagnostic time would be required to assess the problem. I found this highly suspect since I spoke to the same person not less than an hour and a bit earlier and was told they wouldn't be able to get to my car until later and to call back at 2 -3pm. Knowing I was being lied to, I drove down to Willowbrook Motors. My car was in exactly the same spot where it had been towed the day before. As soon as I got there, a guy came out, popped the hood and was checking the battery with the same device BCAA uses to check battery life I confronted Brendan with the fact they were lying to me and I took issue with the only contact they made with me all day was to try and buy my vehicle and trade up for another. I had it towed out of there quick and transported to what I hope will be a more reputable facility. To add to my absolute frustration, some moron from the Dealership called me on my cell as my car is being towed OUT of there. She seemed to assume the car was being towed IN and asking if I would be interested in...God only knows, I cut her off, but she was probably going to make the pitch for buying my Jeep as well. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE! Here's the take away. Don't buy a vehicle from this dealership, don't go there for service of your vehicle. If you do buy from them, take your vehicle elsewhere for service. More
