I have been dealing with Willie Dodge for years and have always been very satisfied with the service I have received there. Over the past few months I have had to visit their service department for a couple always been very satisfied with the service I have received there. Over the past few months I have had to visit their service department for a couple of minor issues and i serious issue. I have been so impressed the the quality of service from the service department. They are always friendly, there is never any wait and they always have the paper work prepared before hand. Once the service is complete, they always let you know when your car is ready to go. I definitely give them a 5 STAR rating and would not hesitate the recommend them to my friends. More

the wife was talking to one of the staff on the phone and said you've been approved for a truck, and told her to come in, when she came in the sales person then told her that she is only approved with this N said you've been approved for a truck, and told her to come in, when she came in the sales person then told her that she is only approved with this Nissan car that was full of decals, it was they're advertising vehicle, they were going to take all the stickers of it and give it to her. and she ask if she could get something else then the rude manager came out with attitude and told her if you don't want that you wont have a ride take it or leave it!!!! thanks for that DICK More

Be (a)ware Paid for “piece of mind” test drive on my Jeep. They found that my shocks were all shot and needed replacement. At 40k km I questioned how all 4 could be gone at the same time. They just a Jeep. They found that my shocks were all shot and needed replacement. At 40k km I questioned how all 4 could be gone at the same time. They just are and are out of warranty (timeBased). Quote $1,700 for Mopar. I didn’t want to replace with the same so I opted to get a lift and after market shocks at an off-road shop. To my surprise, when the off-road shop finished they returned the old shocks as all 4 are still good. The hard drive was due to “cupping” caused by over inflated tires. Fix - deflate to 227. Either the Wille mechanics are incompetent or they are purposely recommending customers unnecessary work. Beware and get a second option if using Wille. More

We are from the Kootenays. ....picked up a flat tire getting off of the Ferry.....BCAA helped us out changing the tire but I needed to replace it before our trip back to Trail.. ....picked up a flat tire getting off of the Ferry.....BCAA helped us out changing the tire but I needed to replace it before our trip back to Trail.....we tried a local tire shop but were unable to find a match......we puled in to Wille Dodge in Victoria at 5:15 pm.....they had an exact match that was on a demo vehicle.....the discounted the tire.....changed it and balanced it and put the spare tire back under the truck for us.....all of this in about 20 minutes and then sent us on our way.....I can't say enough about the friendly and expert service we received at Wille Dodge....from Chris in Sales that greeted us to Luca , James , Kevin and Roland all in the Service Department....what a great team and what great assets to Wille Dodge.....thanks again guys....we really appreciated your great service More

I am an ex employee, had them do the seasonal tire change over because I was off work due to having knee surgery. They gave me the wrong tires back and will not make it right. Tried to deal with Rolland he d over because I was off work due to having knee surgery. They gave me the wrong tires back and will not make it right. Tried to deal with Rolland he dragged his heals for 2.5months and was finally told that I am the one who is to take responsibility for them losing my tires. I never touched them! Why would I take responsibility for your employees mistake! Horrible place. Couldn't imagine being a customer if that is the way they treat staff. More

we just bought a jeep from Chris de Medeiros. It was a big purchase for us and since we were ordering it took a while to come. That gave us plenty of opportunities to interact and subsequently Chris had big purchase for us and since we were ordering it took a while to come.
