Recently bought a vehicle from here, staff was very nice and helpful. I knew what I wanted and had the perfect salesman to help me purchase my dream vehicle. Was lied to by sales associates throughout the ordeal. Lies ranged From latest delivery date, ‘updates’, to giving me a new loaner until my truck is ready. Had to call multiple times and it took almost 3 months just to get an order confirmation, and VIN. Delivery changed multiple times and was pressured to buy the truck when I specifically asked the dealer not to have me come in if my vehicle was recalled (and it was). Dealer was pushing for me to get a refund. After waiting months for my truck, out of the blue, the dealer requested their loaner back. Leaving me without a vehicle for work indefinitely. DON’T TRUST THEM AND DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM! Save yourself the headache. More

I went to see a used min Worse experience ever. Whiteoak Ford Lincoln dealership has the most unprofessional, dishonest, unworthy people I have met. I went to see a used mini van. After looking at the vehicle and doing a test drive, we decided to buy it and asked the salesman to see if he could improve the price a little. He went to his “manager” and came back with a “special presentation pricing” which included an additional $800 insurance and no discount at all. We said we didn’t want the insurance, scratched it from the offer, initialed it and provided a credit card as prove that we were serious about buying the car. The sales manager came back and said he couldn’t remove it as all cars they sell there come with this option and customers need to pay for this option. So basically, they force customers to buy a special insurance even though you don’t want it. During the time I was discussing/negotiating the deal, another salesman SOLD the car to another customer who came after us even though he knew I was in the middle of negotiating a deal for the same car. They just apologized and left. Two hours totally wasted. They also charge customer 15% more if you want to pay cash or if you want to go with a different financial institution other than theirs. Yes, cash price is 15% higher than financed price… Please don’t waste your time or give your money to these crooks. More
Made an appointment to see a vehicle. Salesman too busy..Waited half an hour for alternate. He asked many questions but nothing about vehicle. After 1 hour he admitted vehicle was not there.
