That sealed my decision on where to shop for my car. And I chose a Honda because it was also a high rated vehicle. The staff were courteous and accommodating. They spoke openly about the deal and at no time did I feel like I was being manipulated. I was also impressed by the service after we bought the car. They provided an orientation to the car. When I had a question the next day I called and was able to speak with the salesman who sold me the car. He was knowledgeable, friendly and patient with my questions. There is lots to learn with this car regarding technology and I was reassured that I could call or drop by at any time and there would be help. The whole experience made me feel like the staff at Wheaton Honda are my friends. More

Efficient and timely Since I bought my CR-V several years ago, this is the only place that I get it serviced because the staff knows what they doing. I trust their training and they are upfront with me with every service, not trying to sell me a service that I do not need nor requested. They get the job done fast and provide a lot of courtesy service too, like courtesy shuttles or vehicles if my car is kept over night. The shuttle guys are great and friendly. The waiting area is neat and comfortable with coffee and donuts provided to waiting customers. They added a loyalty rewards program which helped me save some $$. The service manager, Yeap, knows his business and runs a great shop. It's the best place in town to get a Honda and servicing. A bit pricey for some services, but you get what you pay for. More

I had made contact with Gage prior to going there and made arrangements to come see it. It was in really good shape and I was impressed by the service Gage has provided. He worked with us on numbers (which I appreciate) and got us in and out with no pressure. I had time to think about it and I think it was easier to come to a decision based on not feeling pressured into anything. Out of town deal.. I am from Lethbridge,Ab.. Having 2 previous car sales through here, I swore I would NEVER buy another car again! My experiences were so awful that it I am from Lethbridge,Ab.. My experiences were so awful that it dropped my credit almost 200pts, left me crying in the showroom on more than 5 occasions, spent 6weeks pushing me into cars that would not approve, they legally stole my car on a trade in, the list honestly goes on forever! In April, I had gotten in a serious accident where my car was totalled off, and I was so devastated losing the car I had, I didn't want to go through all of the process again! Searching for a couple weeks I found a car on a lot in Edmonton, called them up, and in 2 days!!!! I already have a vehicle, of MY own choosing! Way better terms, EXCEPTIONAL service (over the phone back and forth I will add), my calls get answered immediately with actual answers... I have never been so impressed with a dealership Ever! Even with being in different locations, they are diligently working to get me in the car, going to vast lengths to make this work!
