Craig got us in immediately, as we had little time, he had it checked for apparent leaks, it was decided it was probably a slow leak and we returned home to Vernon, BC. There diagnosis was correct and our next trip out he got us in with very short notice to have the line replaced. Repairs took a day and Craig(Westlock Motors ) provided us with a courtesy vehicle. We were very impressed with the service provided and Craig's professionalism. After the repair Craig called twice to assure our satisfaction! More

John Stewart made the sales experience enjoyable, low-stress, and very informative. There were some delivery delays (from the factory - no fault of the dealer) but John went above & beyond in keeping me updated and resolving the issue. He handled everything professionally and politely and made this the most pleasant vehicle buying experience I've ever had. I'd give him 10 out of 5 stars if I could! The other staff I dealt with were Randy (finance), Terry in parts, and Brady in service. They were all exceptionally polite and helpful. Definitely worth the drive up to Westlock! More
