I wish there was a negative rating that I could use. Whether it was a service tech damaging my vehicle by driving it into the door when driving my vehicle out of a bay, trying to sell me an air filter w Whether it was a service tech damaging my vehicle by driving it into the door when driving my vehicle out of a bay, trying to sell me an air filter when I had changed the one in my vehicle a half hour before arriving at the dealership, losing the cap off my brake fluid, telling me I could come in and have my battery replaced under warranty and waiting until I arrived to inform me there would be a 70.00 test first this place has been a gong show. Tried to negotiate a car sale with this dealership the salesperson flip-flopped on his price so xxxxxxx much my head was spinning and then when I told him I was done speaking with him he repeatedly messag salesperson flip-flopped on his price so xxxxxxx much my head was spinning and then when I told him I was done speaking with him he repeatedly message me back. Phoned to speak to the sales manager told them that I had a bank draft ready to go and the sales manager hung up on me apparently he is not in the business of selling cars or customer service do yourself a favour and buy a vehicle elsewhere. Both Jordan the salesperson and Shawn the sales manager wouldn't make a deal over $500 this just goes to show that these are not in the business of selling vehicles they're in the business of screwing customers More
