Excellent Customer Service! Had a sudden issue with windshield wipers not working on my 2014 F150 on rainy day - called and was squeezed in for appmt right away. Truck was quickl Had a sudden issue with windshield wipers not working on my 2014 F150 on rainy day - called and was squeezed in for appmt right away. Truck was quickly diagnosed (simple relay problem) and mechanic who worked on truck had spare relay in his tool box that he gave me at no charge - meaning my total bill to get my wipers working on a rainy day before having to commute home from work was $30 for the labour/diagnostic time - what a great deal. Everyone I dealt with from the Service advisor, the Mechanic and the Courtesy Shuttle driver were beyond awesome. I had previously bought a new Mustang GT from this dealer a few years back and was treated extremely well by the salesman, the business office and the management team. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle or get one serviced. More
