I have had a number of negative experiences with the service department of this Volvo location. Most notably that service was not performed on my vehicle for 2 years even though I brought the car in twi service department of this Volvo location. Most notably that service was not performed on my vehicle for 2 years even though I brought the car in twice per year and paid for this service as part of my lease. More than anything, this is a huge safety concern as a parent of young children. I will be going elsewhere from now on. But I do want to thank the individual who finally identified this issue at my most recent visit. More

Do not work with Volvo Villa. there are 3 issues: 1) Volvo's have a lot of useful tech and look good, but they are made poorly; 2) service at Volvo Villa is very bad and 3) they there are 3 issues: 1) Volvo's have a lot of useful tech and look good, but they are made poorly; 2) service at Volvo Villa is very bad and 3) they only want your rating/feedback if it is positive. I find them arrogant, indifferent to problems with the cars, and blame anything they won't do on process and procedures. I came from Lexus and I will go back to Lexus as my XC90 , after only 4 years, is falling apart. More
