Will not deal with Vernon VW ever, ordered another key FOB for my car, they sold me a knock of FOB at VW price of $350. They couldn't get the FOB programmed to work, wanted me to spend another $500. Wen FOB for my car, they sold me a knock of FOB at VW price of $350. They couldn't get the FOB programmed to work, wanted me to spend another $500. Went to another company and it was done within 30 minutes but I had to put out another $150. Could have ordered the knock off FOB myself off amazon for $100. No gesture of compensation or refund made by the company. More

I would give this place zero stars if I could they are literally scamming all the people that come in there with their inflated prices. I brought my car to them to have a transmission leak fixed and they literally scamming all the people that come in there with their inflated prices.
