I just purchased a 2023 Rav4 Hybrid and love it. Sales department was friendly and not pushy at all. I have dealt with service dept at this dealership for the past year and want to say the the two Sales department was friendly and not pushy at all. They put up with all my annoying questions and very helpful no matter how small the problem! If they can't answer my questions they will find someone that can. But they usually have the answers. More

Absolutely the worst service. We went to all the main dealers in town with cash in hand. This dealership had the worst service. It wasn’t until I asked the main desk if there was anyone wanting to help us that a salesman came out and sayid he was busy working. Wow. Just wow. This is not the first time we have tried this dealership. Each time thinking it would be different. Nope. It is the last. Each time it’s been terrible service. I strongly urge you to not waste your hard earned money here. Truly. More

I continue to be impressed with the service and friendliness of this dealership. They go above and beyond and are so great to deal with. Worst experience ever. Purchased a $53,000. 2022 Rav4, 12 days later the hybrid completely shut down on hwy. Major components shutting down including brakes. I went in to purchase a new Tacoma and when I asked for a sales contract, I was told I wasn't going to receive one because I was going to use it to shop around and that I should go to Vancouver. I brought my vehicle in for regular service a week and half ago, found out some problems that were neglected by the Vernon team the last time I was in., which have led to some costly issues. I tried to speak to the Service Manager Grant Kitzman about it, and he said he would look into it and get back to me. It's been a week, and he still won't return my calls. I've left several messages, I've called and he's been in, yet he doesn't ever take my call. Every time, he suddenly ducks out of the office, or I'm sent to his voicemail. So this is the service that Toyota provides? There could've been an easy resolution to this, but being treated like this where I am intentionally being avoided... I am definitely going to be cancelling my Maintenance package with Toyota. It's kind of absurd that I pay for this peace of mind but have received none of this. I'm also going to be looking into getting out of my lease. I love my truck but I'm not going to support a company that has no respect for its customers. I've tried other management but either none of them ever work, or everyone is avoiding me. Buyer beware. Toyota is showing they want your money, and once they have it, they're done with you. More
