we got what we want Albano is a very very nice, friendly and patiently. Originally, we were looking a mandarins speaking dealer. However, because of his patient and friendly, my husband and I decided to choose Albano as our dealer. He makes me feel he puts his client at the 1st place, always think about his client. After sales service stinks Over the oast few years I purchased six (6) cars from Vaughan Chrysler. The fifth was a Comanche 4X4. It was finally traded in for a Chrysler 300C si Over the oast few years I purchased six (6) cars from Vaughan Chrysler. The fifth was a Comanche 4X4. It was finally traded in for a Chrysler 300C since this car had problems with the 9-speed transmission. Several times I brought it back to correct these problems.When ever I picked it up I was told that everything was OK now. With the 300C the seat heating does NOT work. The car was in twice and every time I was told the problem was solved. They try to make you look like an idiot. The service manager cannot be reached by phone. There is a answering machine where one can leave a message. However, you will not get a call back. This company does not have the capability to service the products they are selling. More

Thieves Took my dodge sprinter there for service while it was still under warranty and got robbed for hundreds of dollars .I should have known better when the Took my dodge sprinter there for service while it was still under warranty and got robbed for hundreds of dollars .I should have known better when the so called service advisor ( Highway Robber) tried to push me to do injectors flush where the truck was still new with hardly any KMS on it .If you do go for service at this Stealership you will get robbed by a bunch of low lives who are money hungry . There are way better and honest places out there than this place .I am writing this so others can see what kind of place this is , do yourself a big huge favor and steer clear of this joint or else you will get robbed .Bunch of dishonest ,liars and only money hungry people are here . This goes on to the mechanics too not just the advisors . Bad people take their bad habits with them anywhere they go . WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN and I wish more people read this and steer clear of this stealership . More

Until that is, I bought Jeep Wrangler at Vaughan Chrysler and I've always had s negative notion about car dealerships and the people that work st one. Until that is, I bought Jeep Wrangler at Vaughan Chrysler and dealt with Mike Ribelo. This guy would literally give you the shirt off his back to make sure you got what you wanted, needed and deserved. Not to mention, his colleagues, especially salesmen Anthony Pelleriti who takes time out of his busy day to make me a coffee, answer any and all questions and concerns I have and simply make the dealership experience one that Inalways look forward to. Everyone in this place exemplified the one team one dream mentality and you'll know that right away the second you walk through the doors of this beautiful dealership. A Vaughan Chrysler customer belongs to everyone in this Deslership, and not just the individual that "sold" them vehicle. Thanks team (especially Mike and Anthony for everything!!!!! More

After entering Vaughan Chrysler, we realized immediately that we had found the right person: Sherry Eskes. She showed us many cars and tried always the one we wanted: features and cost/benefit. And eventually we bought a new Dodge Grand Caravan very quickly. Then, also urgently, we needed help to do our car insurance and Mike Rebelo was crutial to accomplish it. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE !! This is the worst service manager I have ever come across in my life . I own a few Chryslers and dodges vehicles. I have some issues I came in to thi This is the worst service manager I have ever come across in my life . I own a few Chryslers and dodges vehicles. I have some issues I came in to this dealership lots of time to get this problem fix. I ask to speak to the service manager I call to speak to him like one thousands time and he never answer not one phone call. so I went in to the dealership and ask for him to get my vehicle fix its still under warranty . He was not very helpful like he don't give a xxxx and just toss the problems to his employees walking away. He has no customer service at all. I am very upset that a manager would treat people this way . I would never recommend this service to anyone. More
