Four polite, knowledgeable people looked at the problem and talked to me. Among them was the Service Manager, Mario Ng. The problem was fixed with the installation of a washer and bolt. When I asked where I should pay, the answer was "no charge". I was quite prepared to pay; time was spent on my car and I saved hundreds of dollars. I have used this dealership[ for years. Also something nice to do would be to discount the rent a car service or make it free for customers spending over a certain amount.
