This is what a Manager should be like everywhere. Then met with Alice Lake the financial person. She did not pressure me into buying anything but did explain very well all my options. One of the nicest people I have come across. Felt like we've been friends for years. They all made me feel like I truly was part of their family. Met Sham in service and again top notch service. Wonderful customer service from the second we walked in unti Paul Joseph was absolutely amazing, we had an appointment at 1pm to have our winter tires put on, we ended up being an hour an a half early. Paul worked his magic and had us in and out within the hour. He was so efficient, pleasant and wonderful to deal with. I also want to call out that while waiting for everything to be scheduled we witnessed another toyota customer come in with an issue, without an appointment. Adam Lawson so politely explained he would need to make an appointment in order to have someone look at the problem because they were just so busy at the moment. After seeing the customer was a bit disappointed with that understandable answer, Adam dug deeper to see if there was something he could do to help the customer at that very moment. Just sitting and observing how Adam worked with the customer was soo charming and made me appreciate being a customer of Toyota on the park. Lastly, Amanda was also so pleasant and friendly. Looked into the shuttle for us, but since Paul was such a superstar we didn't need to leave because the service was going to be so speedy. She let us know how to get up to the cafe. Start to finish, Paul, Adam and Amanda all deserve huge accolades for being so amazing and professional. My boyfriend and I got in the car and said we don't think we would ever buy a car anywhere else. Having great people like this make a high difference! More
