I have had the WORST experience with this sales team after being sold an extended warranty that supposedly included installation of my snow tires and rims as well as storage for my second set of tires. after being sold an extended warranty that supposedly included installation of my snow tires and rims as well as storage for my second set of tires. While the Simon was quick to respond during the sales process, the communication between the sales team and service team is absolutely abysmal. They couldn't find the winter tires I bought, and when I took my car in for the first servicing and installation of the snow tires, I was told that I would have to pay for this because they hadn't installed the tires onto the rims when I bought the vehicle because they couldn't source the tires at the time. I was also told by Diane that they would store the summer tires for free but she didn't keep a record of this so yet another unexpected charge. Simon actually raised his voice at me when I was asking him to help find a solution for his mistakes. I am absolutely horrified and would NEVER recommend buying a car here. More
